Had my wife buy me a spicy chicken sandwhich at this mcdonalds. However i received a burnt chicken sandwhich that was inedible. Unfortunately couldnt go back because we live far away so had to eat something else. Very disappointed.

I visited this location in Maywood on a Saturday afternoon. And as soon as I walked in, I noticed the trash overfilled and unattended. As I was ordering our food, #1 the employees need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE #2 the employees need to remember to keep their personal conversations in the back of the restaurant. #3 They should not look sloppy #4 they need to stay off their cellphones. So I waited and observed other employees walk near the overfilled trash and it was ignored. As I continued to wait for our food, a transient walks out of the restaurant with the yellow caution sign that was stacked inside this filthy McDs, and throws it out with anger and aggression. I noticed it an employee slightly sees it, and ignores it. I noticed a women about the approach the entrance of this restaurant, so I run out to make sure the transient leaves and I grabbed the sign and made sure the customer walks in safely. I finally get our food to sit down and I find it difficult to spot a clean table. After I mentioned that the trash is full an employee finally clears it. Then I noticed ketchup on the wall in one section and felt more disgusted. I went to the restroom and see more of a mess unattended. I was shocked because I walked in the restroom after about 10 minutes after an employee McDonalds employee walked out of the restroom. (LAZY EMPLOYEE) Another customer that walked in the restroom told me that it’s never like this in the morning. So that means it’s the afternoon staff. The afternoon supervisor/manager needs an evaluation or requires a replacement.

This lady in the front on February 11, 2026. @ 1pm. Supposedly her she is multitasking but she aint doing nothing. She doesn’t help customers at register and she wants to do like 5 orders and helps one customer in the register and does more orders and helps another customer in the register. So me and one lady we were waiting for few minutes and she was going orders she helps the customer in front, and I ask her right away can you ring me up, I just had to pay my order from the kiosk. She tells me wait a minute, she continues to make orders and I’m standing there for a few the guy in the back even nodded with me like daem! I left! But I dont know why can she help ring the register and then continue with order. So disappointed!

Had an issue with my order so I called to speak to the manager and they hung up on my calls more than four times. Finally got to speak to a manager named Maria and she was talking over me being very rude and cussing me out in Spanish. You guys definitely need to find a new manager to replace Maria. Even if a customer is being rude as a manager you are supposed to talk calmly and not cuss a customer

I had gone through the drive thru in a white car, kid you not i asked for breakfast, they told me to pull up to the first window, once i got there, a old lady with glasses started accusing me of going through the DRIVE-THRU BACK AND FOURTH?!?! Lady i have things to do, i don’t have time to waste like that, she had her head out and her eyes looking like there about to pop out, telling me “I KNOW IT WAS YOU” “I RECOGNIZE YOUR VOICE” “LET ME GET MY SUPERVISOR” and here comes a BIG tall lady, who seems like she could care LESS, asking what’s the problem, and giving US attitude, like women please it’s not my fault your whole station is in shambles and you can’t supervise for crap, anyways such a disappointment. I left unhappy, no meal, and i’m never coming to this location, the thing that sucks is i work close by and this was something quick. L Mcdonald’s, L employee, L supervisor, get better, do better.

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered through the app and selected table service, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I finally found my order just sitting on the counter completely cold. On top of that, the burger I ordered came with bacon even though I can’t eat bacon. This location clearly doesn’t pay attention to orders or customer service. Very disappointing and definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

People are OK and their srrvice is fine. However, the fast phase and pressure makes them miss the important step to verify the food they make to customers. I received a burned bun with my muffin and egg sandwich. They were kind enough to exchange it once requested for exchange.

The female manage here is SO annoying! She spends all day yelling at her employees instead of communicating and her voice is irritating. I waited for my food for about 15 minutes and already wanted to just walk out. Table are filthy, they don’t serve ice cream or shakes. Terrible location.

I should have known that when I came up to the window. I was asked what my order was. I should have known it would not turn out right…. They forgot one of our hash Browns and look at my eggs. It’s as if though.
I was giving pieces of other big breakfasts to complete mine…. It was almost thirty dollars..
