I came before 8 am and no one else was here , awesome
Right at 8 this place got so crowded
There were enough workers to service them quickly though
I asked what’s popular and he suggested the cinnamon roll and it was good
Many people were buying the bagel sausage wienie and bagel
The matcha strawberry milk was good
Thats not a tea, it’s just milk drink .
The brunch menu was made fresh and looked good especially the breakfast sandwich
The bathroom located straight ahead from the back opening
Plenty open parking not paved

Maybe the best bagel I’ve ever had (rosemary and salt). Incredibly soft and chewy with strong but not overpowering rosemary flavors. The strawberry matcha was also delicious, with good flavor and balanced sweetness.

My friend got the mochi waffle and it was larger and more fluffy (less chewy) than expected which were both good things!

The atmosphere was so wonderful. I love how innovative they use these places to make it as a cafe and other shops. The service good they helped me give recommendations and what will go best. They were sweet and helpful. I got the Ube Matcha the ube was strong and so good but it did overpower a bit of the matcha. I wish the matcha was a bit stronger but it’s my personal preference. The drink is so pretty and the place is so cute and cozy. It’s small though enough for 6 people inside but more outside. I enjoyed the muffin it was delicious with the blueberries I’ll definitely get it again. I love the cups and dishes that were plated very aesthetic. They also have a small business items they sell with a nice shop nearby as well. They sell fresh bread that look so good I’ll come back for that. Overall good experience!

We use to enjoy coming here but this breakfast sandwich has gone downhill fast. Undercooked bread and waaaay too much of it. I looked around at the other plates around me and so much wasted just as mine left…tasteless. The bread is suppose to be light to highlight the ingredients inside but I ended up paying $15 for a big loaf of bread with nearly spoiled brown avocado…they cooked the eggs well is the only takeway from this abysmal sandwich. What a waste!

The mele matcha sponge is the best cake I’ve ever had! It was decorated so delicately with real flowers. Yummy light creamy frosting & flavorful cake was a birthday party hit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you!!

Man, wish I trusted all the recent reviews here because the drink was not as good as the most recent review wrote. My Hojicha black sesame was so milky, and as you can see in the picture, it is not even that brown, so you know it’s not authentic here. So sad, I was hoping for an amazing hidden gem here, but nope :(.

A great little hole-in-the-wall spot that really surprised me. The atmosphere is perfect if you want to enjoy your breakfast while listening to a podcast or diving into a good book. Since it’s located in an old sugar mill, the setting has a unique charm that almost takes you back in time.
The food and coffee were both solid. I had the lavender latte and a blueberry muffin, and they were both really good.
Overall, Mele Mele Bakery is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing place to start your morning. Highly recommend.

We’ve been here a half dozen times and always enjoy the coffee, rolls, and the vibe. Last visit though I purchased what was supposed to be a banquette. It was not a banquette although it somewhat resembled one. It was too short, too thick, too doughy, not airy and way too dense. Worst of all, not crusty at all. I would suggest the baker of this monstrosity venture to the grocery store in Haleiwa at 7:00 am and purchase one of their freshly baked baguettes.

I was hoping this place would be good, this was the bri grilled cheese. Idk what the heck was going on though, just way too much of a mess and too much of everything actually isn’t good.. the bread was thick and undercooked too. Really weird and disappointing. Not what should have came out

Mele Mele Bakery is such a gem. The area surrounding the shop is incredibly cute, and the outdoor seating makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the neighborhood vibe.

They offer a fantastic selection of specialty coffee and pastries. I tried the lavender muffin and it definitely didn’t disappoint—it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Between the high-quality treats and the great outdoor space, it’s a wonderful spot for a morning or afternoon break. Highly recommend!
