I really love Braum’s, but this location will get a 4 stars because if their service. Getting ice cream for family and friends is supposed to be a happy and joyful experience especially when celebrating a birthday. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit….the staff rolled their eyes when we asked for fudge to be added to an ice cream cone and when they handed it to us it was dripping with fudge. I had to ask for it to be put in a cup. Really not professional.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. My daughter and her friends visited today and the cashier Miracle was extremely rude! She snapped her fingers at them and said ” what do you want, hurry up, I’m busy” when one of the kids asked for oreo ice cream she said they were out even though they were looking right at the ice cream. So they left. I called to complain directly after and the manager said she would address it but still felt the need to report online. Get rid of the garbage! It’ll make everyone’s job so much easier!

My boyfriend and I were sent with my 3 rowdy nieces to get my family of 13 ice cream. Daisy, who I believe is a manager took care of us so well. I was super appreciative. I was overwhelmed and worried we’d mess something up, but she got us in and out. I wish her nothing but the best! Keep up the good work Daisy, with your work ethic, you will make so far!

Hands down the most disgusting Braums in the city. Food is always old, place is always a mess. I knew better than to stop but here we are. They are always hiring, so I’m sure management is a nightmare. Got a big eye roll from a manager for asking them to clean one of the ten dirty tables in the place. Fries and tenders were cold and old. Stick to the drive thru and cold food if you don’t want to lose your appetite.

Been coming to Braums since I was a kid and I live their food and ice cream. Love the limeade. The prices are reasonable. The main negative thing is every Braums is dirty. This location is no exception. I didn’t see one person attempt to clean while I was there. Dirty floors, dirty counters, dirty tables, dirty walls, dirty windows, dirty registers.

Had a horrible experience in the drive through. I ordered a double sundae and what I got looked like crap. I mentioned something to the kid at the window and he was like you ordered a double and I was like this doesn’t look right and he smarts off to me and says I don’t know what you want me to do, you got what you got. Zero stars!!!! Asked for a brownie sundae with no nuts and they failed to inform me there are nuts in the actual brownie. I have a severe anaphylaxis nut allergy. When i called to complain and inform them ( and ask which nuts are in the brownies) the manager wanted to debate on technicalities on whether I said no nuts or no nuts because of an allergy, as whether that made a difference of if the request should’ve been honored. ESPECIALLY because nuts are included in the brownie regardless of if it’s an allergy or not and I was not told. Very unprofessional manager and wanted to go back and forth when they were wrong.

Just wanted to say at first that our order took forever because of an error. The wonderful manager, Omar, apologized, and took a percent off our meal. Also, he comped my niece and nephew’s ice creams. Wonderful guy. Thank you to everyone at this location. Good people. That’s how a manager should be.
