I’m considering returning this food but it probably won’t accomplish anything. I just ordered a carnitas taco on a flour tortilla with cheese and sour cream and salsa on the side. I like to dip my taco in the ingredients on the side instead of having it served on top of the meat. Usually it’s less messy this way. I also asked and repeated my request for mild salsa. I was served a good sized portion of carnitas on a nice size tortilla BUT the grease was pooling and running off the food, it actually saturated the paper bag. And I don’t know why the server gave me a side of xxxx hot green salsa instead of a mild red but my mouth is still burning 10 minutes later. And the green sauce just didn’t pair well at all with the grease ball on a tortilla. Shame on you! How can you serve people garbage like this? It didn’t do you or me any good. I’m still hungry but the two bites I took made me queasy and I will NEVER eat here again. I was raised in the restaurant business. Chronic Tacos could serve good and delicious food for the same price and effort put into serving inedible garbage I wouldn’t feed my dogs. Your wait staff was nice, friendly etc but then why confirm I wanted mild salsa and then serve me something lIke ghost pepper green sauce. And I ordered to go. And tipped the guy. For takeout. Are you trying to go broke? If so, I guess you’re on point. I don’t try to hurt a person’s business usually but the people who own/run/ manage this Chronic Taco are doing exactly that, to themselves. So I’m just trying to warn people. Check your food before you pay for it. It might save ypu a lot of trouble.

Quick service friendly crew, tasty food. The surf n turf burrito was great! Shrimp tacos are bomb! Even the mash potato taco was great, salsa are good but could use a bit more heat!

Been a regular at chronic for quite some time now. My husband and I loved this place when we first started coming here a couple years ago, but the last few times have been extremely disappointing to say the least. Tonight’s mishap consisted of potato tacos with very little to no potato at all . . . Husband got lucky with over- peppered and under cooked fajitas. I didn’t have any potatoes at home to put in my tacos, but my husband rinsed off his fajitas in the sink and finished cooking them himself. Don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon. Save your money and time, folks.

I absolutely love this place. The people working there are awesome. We always stop here when we go motorcycle riding. We get gas and always get burritos for breakfast or dinner on the way home.
The dudes are ALWAYS in a good mood. Sometimes we call right when they open at the butt crack of dawn and place orders over the phone so it’s ready when we get there.
The food is always great. Breakfast burritos or the carnitas burritos. I actually do carnitas breakfast burritos too. They are the bomb. You can’t go wrong with this place. The guys working should get a raise. They are the coolest. This is not a paid review LOL

So yummy! Always have a great experience with how tasty the food is here! Lorena is so nice and she also speaks Spanish which is super helpful when ordering!! The burritos are huge! Proportions are amazing!!!

Stopped in on my way to work and didn’t know it was inside a gas station lol. Awesome breakfast burritos made to order. the staff are helpful. It’s A convenient location to stop while you’re on your way up to Barstow for the outlets or heading up to Vegas.

Nice place to stop get fuel and food on your way to Lucerne valley from Ranchero Road Exit They have a drive-thru. There’s a extra mile store,Fatburger inside with Chronic Tacos. The quesadillas are epic.

First time eating here, I have to say I was expecting alot more with all the hype. The staff was amazingly nice, I was very happy with there service. The food on the other hand wasnt as good as I expected it would. The portions were big l, the opinion are average, 4 different meats a plus, you have 2 rice options that are ok at best not alot of flavor. Bean options are good but I feel Del Tacos are better. The extras are just ok. I probably wont eat here again because there are better places close by. I hate that I feel this way, i was just expecting so much more.
