Great food, but very spicy!
Indian Express Street Food is a great food truck with delicious Indian street food. However, be warned: the food is very spicy! If you can handle the heat, you’ll love the bold flavors. If not, you might want to stick with milder options or ask for less spice.
Overall, I highly recommend checking out Indian Express Street Food if you’re looking for a flavorful and exciting dining experience. Just be prepared for a fiery adventure!

It’s new in this area , when we heard we were too happy as it’s nearby. We were a little disappointed as it doesn’tsatisfy the taste buds. There are a lot of improvements to be incorporated. We ordered Panipuri, which was sour, and felt like it was made of concentrated masala, Naans were hot and good. Paneer butter masala is somewhat ok, but it still has that sourness in it. Atmosphere is good. The service guy always looks in a rush.

Wow! Best. Butter. Chicken. Ever!

I have been looking for a place that serves great butter chicken forever. 20 years. Shalimars indowntown Tampa held that title, butut alas… they have been closed for 15+ years!

Butter Chicken was well spicied, creamy, with nice strips of chicken in the gravy.

Asked to try the Chana Masala, but was told everthing is made fresh to order. 10 – 15 minutes. So ordered some as well.

Fresh made to order food instead of food that has been sitting for hours? Yes please and thank you!

Chana Masala had tender chickpeas and a good punch of spicy heat. Just right.

Good sized portions as well.

Thanks for the great food. I’ll be back many times!

Wow! This was incredible. We ordered masala dosas that were crisp and flavorful, goat biryani that was perfectly cooked and masala chai that was perfect on a cool day. The masala chai was a little sweeter than I personally like it, but it wasnt too sweet at all. We also ordered samosas that came out crispy and piping hot.

We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the vibe! Definitely agree with others the shaded area near the nursery amongst the huge oak trees makes it feel like a rural place in India. Kinda like eating at a Dhaba (roadside no frills restaurant) only had 2 items so far, but going back to try more soon!
Only suggestion I have for the team, take pics of all your food as you prepare it and throw it up on the Google page so people can see what you make and what the dishes are when ordering. (Also I like my dosa much more well don’t, but I’ll ask for it next time) Absolutely love that you’re here and hope you stay for a long time!!

A Love Letter to the Butter Chicken That Stole My Heart (and Arrived at My Door Like a Hero)

It started as just another hungry afternoon. The kind where your stomach is staging a protest and you’re scrolling through Uber Eats like it’s a dating app, just hoping to make a real connection. That’s when I found them. This Indian food truck. The one. The only. My culinary soulmate.

I ordered the butter chicken with rice and garlic naan because I believe in making bold, delicious decisions. When the delivery arrived, I didn’t just get food, I got an experience.

The moment I opened the container, the aroma hit me like a Bollywood slow-motion scene. I swear I heard violins.

The butter chicken? Pure magic. Rich, creamy, unapologetically flavorful. I dipped that soft, garlicky naan into the sauce like I was performing a sacred ritual. Every bite took me higher, by the third bite, I was floating somewhere above my office chair, completely detached from earthly worries. Cloud 9? I was on Cloud 900.

From one brown girl (Puerto Rican) soul to another: thank you. Thank you for not holding back on the spices, for honoring the sauce gods, and for reminding me that joy can, in fact, be delivered right to your door in under 40 minutes.

I was hungry and skeptical. I am now full, blissed out, and wondering if it’s weird to write love letters to food trucks. (Clearly, it’s not.)

I don’t know who you are, but please…never stop cooking. I’ll be here, naan in hand, waiting for round two.

I found this driving down Dale Mabry and County line Road. It’s a food truck has nice lights at night and seating benches. I had the curry chicken to go. The flavor was very nice and they just opened recently.

The setup is really nice, decent dosa but service is not so great. I felt like the cashier was mad because we ordered some food.
