We ordered over the phone for an in-person lunch and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price. Our food came out cold as we waited for them to be plated. We had a few people within my party to order potatoes and none of them were warm enough to melt the butter.
I asked if the staff could sing happy birthday and my party was told they “don’t really sing,” and the other two employees on shift declined. That was disappointing, especially when it’s such a small gesture that many restaurants happily do. It felt dismissive rather than accommodating.
Our bill was over $200, and we left a $45 tip, so we expected better overall service and food quality.
Andrew was great and stood out in a positive way. He was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t reflect that same level of care.

My wife and I visited on Saturday at 815pm. We were seated and the server visited quickly. Andy, the server was very attentive and excellent. We ordered a blooming onion, center cut sirloin steaks, baked/sweet potato, and garden salad. Food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. Steaks were cooked the way that was requested.

Whose idea was it at corporate headquarters to add cheap bacon bits that taste like they’ve been marinating in a bottle of liquid smoke for 6 months, that overwhelm everything on my plate, to a steak salad? Whose idea was it to add three pieces of decent lettuce on top of a pile of brown ice berg lettuce and sell it as quality? $40 in the trash.

The food was absolutely delicious — you can really taste the quality and attention to detail. Sometimes it takes a little extra time to prepare, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The vegetables were cooked al dente, fresh and perfectly done. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming — a place you want to come back to!

I enjoyed it, came during the weekend and didn’t have to wait. Food was good and the service was both timely and efficient. I really enjoyed the steak, I asked for a medium rare and normally I don’t expect too much but they did a good job! The bread was good and the desert was as well. Be careful with the chocolate cake, that stuff is death by chocolate, the brownie is certainly the better option. I’d certainly come back.

Beware after 9pm they bring in their curbside numbers so you have no number to input when you arrive. As a new customer I had no clue how to received my curbside order.

Food was very good but the service was pretty slow in my opinion. And it didn’t seem to be a matter of being too busy. They have a military discount which is helpful to all service members in the area. Always great to eat a bloomin onion.

The service was awful, they only have 1 server from what it seems like. You’ll be waiting for you food forever. Avoid going with some kids because they don’t care if they don’t if your kiddos have a melt down because their food took an hr to get to them! We were in Outback for 3hrs for Veterans Day!! It was horrible! Finally when the food did come I was served RAW CHICKEN! And my kiddos FROZEN broccoli!!! It was very hard to even find our waitress/server so we waited another 30mins for that!! We ordered our desserts to take home only to notice when we got home, half piece of cheesecake and no toppings like we ordered. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Coming in here it was disappointing. The establishment has a rancid smell. My company wanted to go here, so I went along with it. Our server was great, but to me my food was bland and not worth the prices. For all this I could go to Ruth Chris and get some quality yummy food. I was really disappointed. The only thing that was good was the baked potato. I usually eat the skin too, however, I couldn’t because it was hard. I had the Kingsland Pasta with steak and shrimp… it was nasty. The steak was not seasoned and the shrimp was over seasoned; the Alfredo pasta was beyond bland and a waste of $26. I would not recommend this establishment. The company was great though ♀️
