Best steak house in maple grove. So many amazing experiences. From Wagyu beef to giant lobster tails. Special occasions to just a simple dinner. It always turns out amazing! Some of the best staff in town. Ask for Nikki for a great experience!

Absolute perfection, every part of this meal exceeded our expectations and the service was extremely prompt, informative and friendly. We were shocked when our meal came because they had it all ready so quickly.

We started out with their Dijon beet special which was a fantastic take on a beet salad with the nice bite of the Dijon mustard sauce. For our main course we had one king cut prime rib, one queen cut prime rib the wagyu truffle papperdelle and the blue hash browns.

This is the first time ive reviewed a meal that was perfect at every level. The dry aged prime rib was the best ive ever had, the perfect bit of funk with a fantastic horse radish cream sauce. The potatoes had the perfect blue cheese and hot sauce topping, a combination that ive only seen at Pittsburgh blue that is tangy, spicy and downright delicious. The pasta was fantastic, homemade and cooked perfectly with a melt in your mouth wagyu short rib. The truffle sauce had the perfect amount of truffle without overpowering our pallet.

To finish off our meal we had their triple chocolate cake and two glasses of orange herbal tea. It was absolutely delicious.

Literally every item was a 10/10 and the service was the quickest and friendliest ive ever seen at a high end resteraunt all for just over $200, an extremely fair price with plenty of leftovers to take home.

Our server Nick was friendly, informative, attentive. The cowboy steak was delicious but SOOO expensive $67! Steak sauce was not even included- it was an extra $4.99 and sides were not included either!! The burger was really good but my bun was missing some pieces and it was a small portion of fries considering the price… We also ordered the pull apart garlic bun appetizer. I was expecting warm, small rolls. What we got was more like a quartered bread machine loaf and dry and crunchy. Anyways we came on a busy night and were seated right by the entrance of the bar. It felt very awkward. I had trouble understanding the vibe- the price would make you think it’s a fancy restaurant but the atmosphere didn’t match- playing loud pop/mainstream music and people in jeans and sweatpants watching sports on TV at the bar. Overall the food tasted great but I have no desire to eat here again. There’s a better steak restaurant that gives the same atmosphere with delicious food, free buns, and great service at a much better price that I much prefer.

We had wings for the appetizer which were pretty good. They are jumbo wings which I’m not a huge fan of but they were tasty. My partner and I both had ribeye and New York strip steaks which were cooked to perfection! I highly recommend adding the garlic and butter sauce. For sides, we got the mac and cheese and the loaded mashed potatoes which were both delicious! This place is always consistently great. Our server was also super sweet and brothers out dessert for my partner’s birthday!

Had a really enjoyable birthday supper with my fiancé! Our waitress, Sara, was very sweet and had good jokes with her. She also let the kitchen know we were comparing steaks so one came out to hear our opinions. Delicious 🙂 food was amazing!!

Our family of 9 had a birthday dinner at Pittsburgh Blue and had an awesome experience. Kyle our waiter was top-notch, very responsive and great sense of humor. We kept him hopping with cocktails, appetizers, entrees, wine and desserts. Favorites were Buffalo shrimp, thick onion rings, garlic pullapart bread, bacon Mac n cheese, bleu cheese hashbrowns, broccolini, all the steaks & the pecan crusted walleye. The chocolate cake and tres leches cake are huge portions. Plenty of leftovers to take home.

Cash out your 401K before you come here!!
I have so many mixed feelings about this place!!!
We went here on a date night and I have severe mixed feelings about it. As soon as we saw the prices on the menu, we should have left. NONE OF THE MEALS COME WITH A SIDE! No soup or salad, no choice of potato, just 1 single garlic buttered bread roll that’s it!! The sides are large enough to be shared, but they’re nearly $20 each!
Our waitress came to our table right away and started asking if we wanted drinks and an appetizer, mind you we hadn’t even looked at the menu yet! She felt very pushy to get something going for us right away, maybe it to hook you in so you don’t leave when you see the prices. We ended up ordering the Bourbon Maple Bacon as an app, 8 chunks of thick cut bacon for $22. (We justified it since we had a free babysitter).
Our waitress was only there to take our order, she didn’t ask us why where there, she didn’t ask us if it was our first time. Not that either of those are important, but we saw other staff asking their tables and comping them free dessert to celebrate an anniversary & bringing over cold steak samples and explaining the different cuts of meat & how it’s cooked (like what is “Pittsburgh Blue” style?) -like a wine somelie, but for steak. I ended up having to ask the guy bussing the tables to fill our waters because our waitress was never around!
Someone different brought our food out and as they’re setting it on the table she popped up and asked us if everything looked ok, we said yes since we weren’t missing anything and that’s the last time we saw her. She didn’t come back to verify our $65 ribeye was cooked perfectly or anything like that. We again, had to have the guy bussing tables fill our waters–which he just took on as a regular task while we were there! Once our food was gone and our water guy cleared the table, it was 12 minutes before the waitress showed up to ask if we wanted dessert. She left the dessert menu with us and said she was going to get us more water since our cups were again empty. (The busboy had actually filled it yet again before she made it back to us). She came back 7 minutes later (which is a LONG time when you’re thirsty and don’t have anything to drink) and by that time we just asked for the bill since we were scared we’d never see her again. I work in the customer service field and I’ve been a waitress for YEARS and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever had from our waitress. All the other wait staff in the area were very attentive to their tables. All the other staff in general seemed very attentive and around if needed.
For a restaurant that serves $100+ entrees and has multiple people doing jobs in the seating area, I’m honestly shocked that they don’t have someone whose sole job is to keep drinks filled. I’ve seen this at multiple other “fancy” establishments with menus a lot less expensive. I’m not a complainer and I was SO tempted to talk to the manager.
I went to the bathroom to try to cool off, change the scenery and plus I figured they’d be fancy….they were not! They were dingy and gross! We’re talking rusty stall doors and pipes!! Not at all the bathrooms you’d expect in a place like that!

Now the food…. although incredibly expensive, the food was divine!! We did NOT want to like the food as much as we did, but it was a lost cause. We’re talking eyes roll back into your head-need a moment of silence good food!! The food warrants a trip back but definitely with a different waitress!!

The food is a 200/10
Our waitress was -30/10
The atmosphere wasn’t anything overly special and the lack of attention to detail in the bathrooms gives it a meh/10

Pittsburgh Blue delivered an incredible dining experience from start to finish. Our server, Kyle, was outstanding—he painted such a vivid picture of each entrée that everything sounded irresistible. The salmon was meaty, perfectly tender, and full of flavor. The filet was even better, unbelievably tender and cooked to perfection. The chicken and arugula dish was fresh and delicious, and our daughter couldn’t get enough of the massive one-pound baked potato. The beets were absolutely incredible, and the strawberry cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful evening. An all-around fantastic meal with exceptional service. All in all the price was great for the meal and service.

I wanted to give this place higher ratings. Food did taste good, however I dont feel our waiter was upfront and honest about pricing. I ordered the lobster tail. Had no clue on the sizing and varying price. I pointed to the menu and said I wanted the one for $45 ish- whatever shown on menu. When I got my bill alone it was over $200! Also- said it was my birthday. Thought they sang or celebrated?! Did get a dessert on the house. My friends verified that prices weren’t told to me so basically I was upchanged without knowing. I had bypass surgery so cant even eat a lot and have a card to show.
