Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. My wife and I came through today. Ordered our free cold brew and a hot caramel latte.
Cold brew tasted like water with a splash of coffee.The latte had ZERO coffee. Tasted like nothing but warm milk. Almost convinced they forgot to put coffee in the drinks or are running out for the day, but still taking orders. Very unpleased given these coffee drinks we paid for costed more than $10 together, but contained little to no coffee.

We ordered iced coffees with espresso shots. They tasted like water. So dilute, so bad. However, the young server who helped us was amazing. He was so kind, so thoughtful, so genuinely warm.

READ BACK THE ORDER! I go to scooters regularly and been to many different ones. They all don’t read the order back and it’s a luck of the draw if the drink you ordered will be correct or not. Yesterday I paid for syrups and didn’t get them. Read back the order it isn’t that hard. It will save you on your inventory and not have your staff apologizing every other visit because the order is wrong ♀️

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, but I’ve had a lot of blended drinks that taste very burnt. Its rare when I go and don’t get a burnt-tasting coffee, usually its fine and I just ignore it. But lately they’ve been tasting even more burnt and I find myself going to the aroura location more. Hope this can change, everyone at the York location has always been so friendly!
