Got 6 chicken fingers, fried okra, and 2 fountain drinks. Chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauces where excellent. The okra was amazing including the breading on it. Everything came out hot. Utensils where provided. Excellent customer service would recommend trying at least once!

I have tried this place three times since it opened and have been disappointed each time. They overdue it with the dry rubs and the sauces are more vinegary than hot. There are plenty of better options in town for wings and tenders/fingers.

Hangry Joes just opened a few days ago and it’s another great option to eat. I ordered the standard 8oz chicken sandwich with few extra sauces to try them out. You can customize the sandwich from a spice level standpoint. I chose mild which provided just enough heat. They have a variety of other meal options like chicken tenders, wings, wraps etc. Sides include waffle fries, mac n cheese and cider cole slaw. They have many milkshake dessert options including reeces, mango and vanilla. The waffle sundae looks quite good as well.
It’s fairly small inside with seating for about 20 people. Once the newness wears off the food should come out quickly.

We stopped into Hangry Joe’s about 18 minutes before closing and honestly felt terrible for coming in so late. But the person at the counter couldn’t have been more welcoming! She greeted us with a smile and patiently answered all of my husband’s many questions since we’d never been there before. She was friendly, helpful, and never once made us feel rushed.
While we waited for our order, we decided to eat in the car since it was nearly 10 p.m. — and just as we were heading out, the gentleman in the back who had prepared our food came out to say thank you. Such genuine, kind people!
Now, let’s talk about the food. The chicken tenders were phenomenal — huge pieces, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The dipping sauce? Addicting! And those waffle fries? Crispy, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the chicken.

Unbelievably delicious! I wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by the flavor and quality of the chicken!!! It honestly made Chic Fil A look lazy and boring. I’m a fan of the heat and texture of the chicken. 10 stars!!! Next time I’ll get a milkshake to help me with the heat, but I love the heat challenge. Good job, Hangry Joe’s! And thanks for the kind and fast service. Oh, the restaurant was also very clean which is the first thing I check for! Otherwise I would have walked out the door.

This is the best chicken in the area, bar none. Perfectly fried, perfectly crispy, perfectly sauced. We split a few varieties to test things out and everything from the loaded fries to the chicken fingers was excellent. The Korean chicken nuggets are a MUST try.
