This particular visit was somewhat disappointing. The waitress was long, french fries were not fresh.
But our waiter made sure the next batch was hot n fresh.

My recent visit to Red Robin in Clovis, located in the Sierra Vista Mall, was a mix of highs and lows. This wasn’t my first time at this establishment; I’ve dined here several times for both lunch and dinner. This time, I stopped by for lunch, and despite it being busy, I was pleasantly surprised to find a seat quickly in the self-seating bar area. The server who attended to me was a highlight of the visit – friendly, attentive, and displaying commendable customer service skills. For my meal, I opted for a small stack of onion rings and their Royal Burger. The onion rings arrived timely and were exactly to my liking – the perfect amount of crunch and flavor, especially when paired with their delicious chipotle ranch sauce.
However, the main course was where the experience faltered. The Royal Burger, which I had requested to be cooked to medium, was served well done. Given the time constraints, I couldn’t afford to have it remade. The accompanying fries were a letdown too; they were falling apart and lacked the crispiness I expected. This was quite a contrast to my previous experiences at Red Robin, where the food consistently met my expectations. While the service remained a strong point, the inconsistency in the food quality during this visit was disappointing. It’s a reminder that even favorite spots can have off days, and I hope this was just a one-time lapse in their usually reliable quality.

I don’t get the hype of this place. I ordered the veggie burger. It was very soft and mushy. It was very loud so it wasn’t conducive to conversation. The table was sticky and the menu was wet. I don’t even want to know what I touched. Why have bottomless fries if it takes 45 min to get the next batch of fries. They only give a very small batch of fries. We were only able to get refilled on water 1 time. I wouldn’t go back.

My food arrived just barely warm I waited really long so my food was up and ready but my waitress who was also the bartender was too busy talking to coworkers. Oh I remember now because I used to go here and all you can eat coleslaw and fries that is if you can catch your waitress and you can get them to bring it to you otherwise you will be waiting with no food for your sides to arrive. Great potential but yet another corporation that does not have enough staff on hand to cover and have good customer service.

Absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere. Everyone was so lively and on top of everything. We even got to see the bird! My kids loved the food soo much they even forgot their phone but thanks to everyone working they found the phones too. Definitely recommend coming with a partner and or family and friends! 1000000/10

Came here on my birthday. I was told I could get the happy hour special and a free milkshake. I Had to pick one or these other. I could not get both promotions. Long wait time to be seated. Seemed understaffed. Food was slightly cold and waitresses never told me happy birthday after I mentioned it twice. We be back for a while

Wait 5 minutes, phone has rung quite a few times at this point, and decide to get a hold of the people working in the bar. A few ignored “excuse me”s later decided to go somewhere else.
The red Robin i go to normally isn’t like this at all. So willing to chalk this up to a one off, but also should know that your front door is left alone for way too long.

Came here for dinner. Quick service we got seated right away. Food came out hot , fresh, and in a hurry. Can’t go wrong with the Red Robin bacon cheeseburger. Bottomless steak fries always a favorite. Chicken bites with the buzz sauce. The grilled chicken salad didn’t stand a chance either. Was all very delicious. What can you say?
