We stopped at this Applebee’s after the Tennessee UAB game. I ordered the Double Crunch Shrimp with a side of coleslaw and loaded mashed potatoes while my wife had the Chicken Quesadilla Salad. The shrimp were more tempura style than crunchy. Certainly not double crunchy, more like a little crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside with the batter icovering fairly small shrimp. Not at all what I expected based on the label on the menu. My wife’s salad was OK, but it had much too much dressing. If you get this station in the future, I would suggest asking for the dressing on the side.
The server was attentive; she bought me another Diet Coke without me asking and she checked with us a couple of times to make sure that we were okay. I always ask for lemon with my Diet Coke and you’d be surprised how many times servers ignore or forget that request. This server brought me slices of lemon both times.

Wow, Bailey is amazing! I absolutely loved her energy and exceptional customer service. She was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the restaurant.
It wasn’t too busy for a Friday-we were seated almost immediately. The table was clean, the hostess was welcoming, and overall, the entire experience was wonderful.

Jake, Cassie, and Selena were absolutely wonderful when accommodating my private baby announcement to my husband!!
I had called after finding out we were unexpectedly pregnant. I was super excited in the person who answered the phone matched my energy. We had arranged that when we showed up and they would ask…
“Table For 4?”
And hopefully my husband would have gotten it. But he didn’t lol. It went right over his head, needing stronger reinforcements, I had brought my positive pregnancy test and gave it to the person while “using the bathroom“
Our server Jake, who coordinated our whole visit, had people filming all around the restaurant to catch this special moment. After a couple of minutes, he came out surprising my husband with a molten lava cake with “Oh Baby!” Written with chocolate syrup on a plate with a test my husband didn’t know what to think! It was very cute and very funny!!
After eating and enjoying our meal, and speaking with the manager, very nice dude by the way!! We were ready to pay, when we asked for the bill, Jake informed us that it was already taken care of! Thank you so much Applebees for the Wonderful Meal and accommodations!!
Thank you most importantly for celebrating with us and for our new addition in our family. This location has displayed humanity, humility, generosity, and the classic golden rule of loving your neighbor.
We will be back. Not only for the Piping Hot food that served Fresh and Fast… but for the people!
My Recommendations:
-my Husband and I love going to the endless breaded shrimp, Chicken tenders, and ribs.
-the balsamic vinaigrette for the salad is very good!
-the sweet Asian chili for the wing flavor is absolutely tasty and wonderful
-Jake, Cassie, or Selena as a server!!
-I love, love, LOVE the steak and shrimp with the garlic Parmesan cream sauce
-the southwest chicken bowl is the perfect meal to bring home to eat a couple of hours before bed hahaha!!
Pros:
-Profound management, and employee ethics!
-Outstanding, Heartfelt, customer service!
-Clean restaurant and environment.
-Bathrooms are upkept and always stocked!
-Plenty of Parking!!
-Location is great
-Open Late!!
-Food is FAST, FRESH, and HOT!

Enjoyed the food and the service. Maggie, our server, was friendly and attentive. The Mushroom and Whisky Burgers were both delicious, and my grandson devoured the kids’ pizza, leaving only crumbs. Prices are reasonable as well.

Came by on a snow day and saw a lot of cars in the parking lot, and assumed they were open. I placed a togo order, just to realize after that they closed early due to the snow. Didnt see a option online for a refund so i called the store. The lady and gentleman i spoke with were super kind and on top of it explained things well and still offered to get the food ready. I apologized and offered to just get the refund as to not keep them over so they make it home safe, yet they insisted theyll do it. Amazing and above and beyond exceptional. Thank you all for your service! 🙂

I went here with my partner on Saturday last week and I just came back here to remark on the great service we received! I cannot remember our server’s name, but she was amazing. Everyone in the restaurant was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Our server completely messed up our food order, saying she did not know how to use the system to make ONE accommodate due to an allergy. On top of that, it took 50 minutes roughly for two burgers to come out.. We were not the only table, we talked to two around us because we noticed their complaints they addressed to the server as well. She double charged up for soup, and drinks we didn’t even order! Someone get this place in order, will not be coming back. Out of my 50 years of life, I have never been to a place with such horrible service. The host, the atmosphere, and servers hitting their Vapes.

Applebee’s is always hit or miss, first time at this location and it was great! I was said in the bar tenders section, I wish I would of got her name, glasses, and might of had dyed hair. She was great, food was great. I will definitely return.

The food was amazing I usually don’t get what people recommend it’s never panned out before but the waitress recommend the sweet hot honey backon chicken and it was excellent the also had waffle fries and the where top tier my girl got a steak and mashed potatoes those where also excellent got a margarita so far best one I’ve had so props to the lady that made it sweet tea was also good tables where clean so I have nothing bad to say about this place so far will definitely come back
