Wish I could give zero stars. I went thru the drive-thru and placed my order. After I get to the window and received my food I checked my food and my fries were cold so I hand the bag back and asked for fresh fries. They removed the fries from the bag and handed the rest back. Then I checked the rest of the food and it was cold also so I handed it back and politely stated it was cold also. I then asked for fresh food Desiree loudly stated, ” I just made that.” She was very rude. The drive thru person, Antonio directed us to park in the drive-thru waiting area. We waited about 10 minutes and finally received our food. The bags were hot and we checked the food which was hot. So we get home and unpack our food to eat and everything was fresh except the daily doubles which I had handed back and Desiree stated she had just made them. Well the daily doubles had been put in the microwave with the lettuce and tomatoes on them. Smh. Just not right. Why would you give someone something you wouldn’t eat yourself. I tried calling the store to make the manager aware that I was not happy but no one answered they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I tried calling back but they must have taken the phone off the hook because it was constantly busy. I am very disappointed. I rarely eat at McDonald’s and will never eat there again!!!

The order was correct, our food was good. However, all of the tables were dirty or sticky, both kiosks had issues (out or order or out of receipt paper), the now serving monitor was not readable/ updating, both self service fountain drink machines had issues (one no working lights, partial working spouts) the other had a broken overhead top and one of the coke dispensers was NOT clean inside, the whole station looked like it hadnt been wiped up in a long time ….. both napkin dispensers were out and after informing the attendants at the counter, nothing happened in the half hour we were there. the bathrooms had not been serviced and the men’s was dirty. There was no tidiness to the dining room (furniture, garbage, etc) and even the floor needed to be swept/mopped up (my husband saw someone on crutches slip a bit)
Finally, we travel the 94 corridor often and if we need to stop, we typically stop at a mcdonalds because traditionally they have always been clean, friendly and customer service centered. I don’t believe this Mcdonalds aligns with the corporate commitment to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and
Value.
We will not be returning to this McDonalds.

Had not been to this location in years, went because my son had a gift card from christmas and we were in the area. We went inside to order, ordered our food on the kiosk, stood there for 20 minutes, no food, no nothing. Works visibly just standing there doing absolutely nothing, one girl drinking a smoothie behind the counter, 2 employees not even in uniform, none of the workers were wearing hats or hair nets or gloves or anything. Oh and also, they were ignoring customers who were at the cash register!!! I left and went to another location. Those employees dont want to work nor do they care!! Close this place down!

Was on a mini vacation and stopped at this location and let’s just say that it was the worst experience i ever had. It took forever to get my food once I got it i was missing 2 things. When I brung it to the ladies attention. She gave a eye roll and told grill to remake what I was missing. Waited another 5 min then when I got the food my nuggets were old and hard! Do better!!!!

I remember going to this location for birthday parties in the Play Place as a kid in the 90s! My grandpa would get us quarterpounders with cheese… it was a huge sandwich for a kid! Sometimes, I get to stop here for breakfast whenever we are in town visiting family, and today I was able to do so! To my surprise, this McDonald’s location offers their breakfast menu until 11:00 AM EST on Saturdays. Awesome

Every time I go to the drive through, I sit for five to ten minutes, while the other lanes get taken care of and I get ignored…. the employees here need to learn how to do their job.And get the food right when they hand you your bag, instead of handing it to the person in front of you
