Really good buffet option. I asked Grok to give me a restaurant similar to Golden Corral and it directed me to this establishment. I would rate this place higher than Golden Corral though. Chicken was good, food seasoned (not Southern seasoning but seasoned). Had enough variety to satisfy all ages and taste buds.

Food was HORRIBLE! Ribs were old. Sweet potatoes bland, chicken was cooked all the way done, no seasoning on none of the food. All tast straight out of the box or can. They have a variety of food. Only thing good was the salad and sweet tea. No one asked, if you need anything or is everything okay? However the environment is clean and very quiet. Food was just HORRIBLE!

Feb 23,2027 I don’t know who the new cook but the food is not good I came in today and I heard the guys making inappropriate comments about me having a big butt, making whistling sounds going in the back to grab other coworkers to come out and look at me When I arrived, I saw a white heavyset lady and a black skinny girl standing up talking about one of the other young ladies that was in the front and I saw no Issue because she was the only one really working I don’t like the disrespect to me or other people around me. You guys have lost me as a loyal customer. Every time I come into the brick house the hostess that is upfront are not doing their job instead of moving around they are huddled up talking about other things that has nothing to do with work and customers have to stand there at the register and wait on the heavyset lady while she sit up and talk about other coworkers to the skinny petite girl

a short skinny black girl that works there doing the salad bar and I think you should keep her in the back because when she comes out all the men trys to talk to her and I think that make the other women there feel comfortable or less confident about themselves and I also this she is talking to two of you mangers and one of you employees the short dark skin man the really tall young man and the owners son I see them talking alot I also think that the heavy set lady at the front is talking to the white manger I’ve heard so very inappropriate comments between the two and the skinny white girl and the other black lady up there always flirting with the short black managers there’s another young lady that just started and i absolutely love her she works hard smiles and she greets customers soon as they walk in no complaints at all but I do always hear the other employees talking so bad about her but I think yall should really keep her

Excellent customer service as soon as we came in the host guy showed us around and asked if it was our first time and told of the buffet and steak bar. Super nice staff. We really enjoyed being shown around and the food and bar was epic. Fresh food and was home good cooking not something I get in San Francisco CA. Really great food. Great taste. And overall clean restrooms and restaurant. The two young guys tonight made our experience even more remarkable. It’s that right there that gives you five stars from me.

This establishment is a quite unique restaurant for serving buffet with a variety of things to choose from. The buffet was in an orderly fashion and the salad bar had everything you needed for a salad.The prime rib was excellent as well as the prawns. I definitely enjoyed the meatloaf with cabbage and mashed potatoes with the brown gravy. They have a quiet and clean environment. If you’re looking for a nice buffet to eat at then I would recommend this place!!! A+

This place is awesome. Best buffet in town. Food and staff are incredible. My sister, Rachel turned us on to Brickhouse buffet and we remain loyal customers. We went today for my birthday and it was exceptional as always. We live in Southaven and make the drive. Looking forward to our next visit.
