Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Waited about 15 minutes per drink. After about 30 minutes of waiting on our food, and then 10 minutes of it sitting in the window, it came out and my mother-in-law’s burger had a large hair in it, and my wife’s burger had a pincher bug directly on the bun. We have all been in the service industry and do not complain much. When we called for a manager, it took about 5-7 minutes for him to come all he had to say was “sorry you had a bad experience” and left the food on the table with the bug and hair, which was absolutely repulsive and sauntered off. After about five minutes, I went to the kitchen Entrance and asked him if we were good to go. He glanced at me and looked away completely ignoring me so we left. Won’t be back and I don’t think anyone should eat here until the heath department does something. We never complain but this was insane. (wish I got a pic of the hair but unfortunately I didn’t)

Red Robin never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. As usual, the burgers were exceptionally good and reminded me why Red Robin is one of the best sit-down burger spots you can get. The burger was juicy, well-cooked, and full of flavor, exactly what you expect when you walk through their doors. The fries were also spot on—cooked perfectly, hot, and well seasoned, making them hard to stop eating. Everything came out just right, and the overall experience was solid and reliable. If you’re craving a consistently great burger and fries, Red Robin is always a safe bet.

The food was good. But service was subpar. We had a 30 min wait and they were not busy. We chalked it up to no workers. Took forever to get drinks, then placed our appetizer order then our dinner order. Took another 30 minutes to get our appetizer, then 3 minutes later our dinner came out. No drink refills. And had to ask for boxes and our bills. Poor service.

We usually have pretty good experiences here, but tonight has been a mess.
The men’s bathroom was a scene straight out of a roadside gas station bathroom. Paper towels everywhere, the urinal running and on the verge of overflowing. Toilet is broken and the lid was half off the tank.
What happened to this place?
Waitress didn’t know much about celiac(we’ve always had great experiences here)
Did management change or something? We come ever few months but I’m not sure this place will be high on our list anymore.
It’s a shame. Red Robin is one of the few places we feel safe and comfortable eating with celiac. Not so much anymore

My wife and I Stopped to get burgers for dinner. The burger special for $9.99 was really a good deal. Food was tasty and the service was outstanding. Maddi Was our server and I can’t say enough about how friendly kind and attentive she was to us. Thanks to you and to Maddi for a great night out.

Our server was awful. She took forever to get to our table to greet us. We must have waited 20 minutes for her to take our drink orders. I ordered a milkshake and had to ask her twice about it. She didn’t ask if we wanted refills on our fries either. We had to ask her several times as well. The sad thing is that they weren’t even that busy. She was just a horrible server. I would give her zero stars if I could.

This is my 2nd time ordering from here and again my orders have been wrong. This time, one of the orders were shaped for a very specific diet (for health reasons). And to my and the person it was for disappointment, it was not what we received. We ordered through DoorDash as not everyone has the luxury or time to sit in a restaurant or pick up their food. So we use the delivery service you all offer. And we expect to receive the same quality and correct order as dining in or picking up to go. Red Robin is a favorite spot. But to continually have your order wrong, and as a paying customer, is taxing. Having uncertainty in the consistency of your food is not a good feeling or place to be.

Inexplicable forty minute wait for a booth in a mostly empty dining room. Ten minutes for someone to appear and take our drink order. Plastic silverware. Mystifying absence of Bleu cheese on my Bleu ribbon burger. Fries wilted and not terribly hot – food definitely sat in the pass for a minute. Nothing bottomless about our bottomless sides (we had fries for one and broccoli for the other) – never got those replenished. Ditto our water.
All in all, an example of crappy compensation practices on the part of corporate and management. No one wants to show up for disrespectful, low ball wages.

I would give this place a huge zero if I could. First we wait 15 mins for a table when there were plenty of empty tables available. Took a good 45 mins to get our food. Then it ALL came out cold. Soggy tasteless fries, cold onion rings. Ordered the ensenada platter, the waitress asked what side for some odd reason she thought we said fries. We did say coleslaw. When the ensenada platter came out it was 2 burned chicken breast and fries. Thats it. Should have a sort of salad with tortilla strips in it. She offered a salad with tortilla strips. We told her that is not what we ordered, she was all confused and says well um thats bc i thought you said fries. Well not out fault. Sent it back and got the wrong thing again. This time 2 burned pieces of chicken with ranch covered on them and more coleslaw. The crispy chicken sandwich came out with guacamole all over it, that isn’t supposed to be on it. We asked for a manager, but she used the excuse that the manager was in the back it would be a few mins. Well she never showed up, instead some guy did. We ended up only paying for drinks. So all in all…the food was cold, soggy tasteless fries, the wrong order 2 times for some reason the waitress couldn’t understand what we ordered, I am not sure what was wrong with her, but she needs to find a new job. Waitress is not for her. I will never return here. They should be ashamed.

After getting an amazing monster double and bottomless steak fries, We were met with the best service and were attended on in a nearly full back section without any wait time whatsoever. Anytime I’m back in Knoxville I’ll have to come back. We had lovely waitresses who attended to any need in as timely as a manner as possible, and never failed to make sure our food was quality and way past up to par, Thank you to all the servers men and women who helped us have an amazing experience when we had a bad day, and we will be back
