I am extremely disappointed. I was looking forward to getting a bowl from chipotle all day and this is what I am given. First of all the line was long when I walked in and there seemed to be not a lot of people working. Then the service was not very good, since the employee was not friendly. Then I payed way more than this food is worth. Especially considering I am just one person $20 is a lot!! Finally I got home and found this nasty hair in my food. Assuming it’s the employees because I have long straight blonde hair. While hers was black and curly. So disappointing!

This restaurant is always dirty. Crumbs and napkins on the table, trash overflowing, trip hazards on the ground. This isn’t an issue in any other chipotle. Staff needs to take more ownership of keeping the place clean

I’ve been to lots of Chipotles. This one is not good. The customer service is not great and they cut the peppers in huge pieces instead of strips. I’ve never been to one that does that. Also the little blond chick who is usually there and serving the food has a nasty attitude. She made me wait so she could finish whatever food she was refilling but she definitely let me know by her conversation with her coworker she was fine with me waiting. Whoever owns this pay attention. I’ll drive farther for a better Chipotle.

I was just trying to order a nice burrito with my family but the man who was wrapping my burrito used a special form of wrapping that I have never seen before and as a result the burrito was turned into a dwarf burrito and was quite oddly shaped. 1/10 do not recommend getting a burrito when this man is here.

This restaurant is generally filthy and they scrub my order half the time. I order a salad bowl and they usually don’t put any lettuce in it.
If you dine in, there’s generally a bum panhandling out front. Why they wouldn’t tell the guy to get lost or call the police? I don’t know…. It just adds to your complete dining experience there.

My second time ever to a chipotle. No real reason, it just never jumps out to me as a place to go. My son wanted to go there after a hockey game. The food was good. Zero complaints here. I got the Steak burrito. The service was quick and we enjoyed it. The only reason for the four stars was the cleanliness we had 10 people and had to all spread out which was difficult with many of the tables being dirty. There were plenty of staff, so I am not sure why there was no attention being payed to the eating side. But we were all happy at the end and went next door to get a smoothie. I will be stopping back at a Chipotle again in the future.

If I could give zero points they deserved it. It might be the dirtiest place to eat in my life, the employees are unfriendly, the steak smells incredibly bad, we couldn’t eat it, my husband vomited. This place needs to be completely renovated, I came here for the second time and the worst Chipotle ever.

Do not go to this chipotle. No surprise most reviews are a one. Ownership here clearly doesn’t serve respectable portions for their customers. Incredibly sad that such a good company like Chipotle consistently under performs with their portion sizes. Dissapointed beyond measure.
