Came here yesterday to get some food on my way to Canton & the food was somewhat cold. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap (2 of them) & some med fries & a coffee.

Mcdonalds coffee is the best. Fries were good as well, but those wraps???

I ya ya cause I asked for no cheese and they had cheese on them. Cool who cares, so they made me two more and they were aight but nothing remotely resembling hot.

Just my opinion. Just stating my experience. Fries and coffee were good to go!!! The wraps??? Might not order those again.

Does this pic look like extra onions? Ok well both my burgers looked like this and my husbands and he had extra pickle too and had TWO pickles on his and the same amount of onions as me (burgers come with 2) good was cold and we ordered a 6 piece biggest meal had no fries and got a 4 piece. Will never go back to this location!

Stopped by this morning in the drive through. I saw a few customers in the dining room. When I got to the menu board to order, I was greeted with a message from an employee saying they were closed. I asked about the customers in the dining room, the employee responded with “we don’t have any food”. This was odd, since I saw the customers in the dining room drinking out of coffee cups. For all the employee knew all I wanted was coffee, which it appeared they had, based on the customers in the dining room. I find it
Unlikely they are completely out of all food and drinks. Oh well, Sheetz’ breakfast was better.

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive thru (a little hesitant bc Union St. for some reason doesn’t have a good rep) but we were greeted by the sweetest woman, I wish I could’ve gotten her name but it was 11/14 around 8:15pm-8:30pm. She was really sweet and helpful plus our food was a 10/10. No issues at all ❤️

Came through the drive through to pick up an app order, took 15 minutes to answer at the speaker, another 10 minutes to arrive at the window for them to hand me the wrong order. I go back through the line to get my order replaced and it took another 30 minutes to receive my order. Furthermore, the teenage employees were rude to me the entire time. I pull into a parking space to notice that they forgot the sauce that I paid for, so I had to go inside and I only got service after the manager yelled at the employees to help me after noticing me standing at the counter. After all this ruckus I go home to eat only to realize that they still messed up my order. I would not recommend ordering more than one item because multiple item orders seem far too complex for these employees. Better yet, I’d recommend just going to a different McDonalds restaurant.

Depending on the location, you’re never quite sure of the freshness of the food you’ll receive when visiting McDonald’s, I frequent this location pretty often and 9 out of 10 times the food you receive is fresh, and in the instance that it isn’t just kindly let the staff know and they’ll gladly replace it. The inside is always very clean as well, including the bathrooms. It’s always pretty quiet as well, even with a packed restaurant with people all socializing and kids playing at the play place, the noise never reaches unacceptable levels. All and all a good dining experience.

I went through the drive thru and was told to please wait. Even though there was only a couple other cars in line and the parking lot was basically empty, waiting a minute wasn’t a big deal. Then someone drove to the other lane and their order was taken immediately. I waited a little longer and told them I was ready to order. There was no response. I backed up and drove forward to get the speaker to register I pulled up. The same lady got onto the speaker and told me to hold on again. I explained that I had been waiting for about 5 minutes now and that someone else went through the other lane and their order was already taken. She told me she didn’t know what to tell me and if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else. I backed up and went to the other lane and my order was taken immediately. It’s McDonald’s so the food is edible. Can’t really ever call it good. The fries were cold. The girl who was rude should be fired.

Came here for a quick dinner, because we are out of town. The fries from our meal were so old they were literally ice cold when handed to us originally, the sweet tea was so old that it had soured, and they burned the chicken for our chicken sandwich. We pulled back around and politely said our fries and our tea was old and the only response from the manager was “I just had some of the tea and it tastes fine to me”. NOT sorry, let me remake that, or any response about the fries being old. To add insult to injury, we sat the first time in line for literally 10 minutes, then another 7 waiting on remade fries only to get the SAME FRIES BACK that they had reheated in the fryer. They wouldn’t even fix the drink issue, and we couldn’t even eat our fries at all, because they were so burned to a crisp after the second dunk in the fryer. The other sandwich wasn’t fresh either and had so much ketchup that it was literally everywhere, but we only were asking the fries to be remade and the drinks to be fixed and they wouldn’t even do that. Also when ordering we were told by using our app we would get a discount on our order- and there was nothing added to our ticket either. This is definitely one of the worst McDonalds experiences we have had across the entire country.

So I just paid $7.49 for my food and rounded up for Ronald McDonald fund. The McMuffin was hard as a rock and the cheese wasn’t even melted completely.I wonder if this sandwich was a leftover from yesterday??So if you’re looking for a FRESH breakfast do NOT waste your time or money here!!!!
