EVERY TIME when we go here we spend 10+ minutes in the drive through then when someone FINALLY ask to take your order, the person is so foul and disgusting with no regard whatsoever. Now we don’t eat out a lot but when we are having a late night and want to get the kids something, we dread having to go here because it’s ALWAYS like this. Best part is, when we wait this long, there is no cars at the window.

McDonald’s have become horrible, the staff are rude and act like you’re bothering them. The quality is terrible and way overpriced. As with most there are exceptions three only reasons i visit here is to get my daughter nuggets.

Just sat at the drive thru for 4 minutes at the order screen. Would not take my order. Pulled up the automated message asked if I was using my mobile app. I responded no. Sat for an additional 4 minutes no one ever asked to take my order. There were no cars in front of me. Another car pulled up to the other drive thru lane next to me, their order was taken promptly. Once I saw that I knew it was time to leave. First time and last time ever stopping at this restaurant.

The service was terrible; they treated me very badly. They didn’t even bother to check if my order was ready; they simply told me to leave. It was awful, especially since, being pregnant, I’m more sensitive and have cravings, and I didn’t get to have dinner.

Today I stopped at this McDonald’s. I was so unhappy and disgusted. They had some guy taking money for the orders and he kept hitting on me. I came there to get food. Not have him hit on me and me having to act like I’m on the phone to get him to get the hint. When he grabbed my bank card. It was even worse because he just had to touch my entire hand when I did give him my card to pay for my order. Some of the things he was saying, him touching my hand the way he did and not the card just looking so dirty. It’s not cool. His uniform was a mess, he had no front teeth, and he just looked really dirty as if he had just gotten out of prison or don’t take baths. I’m sorry, but it had to be said. I mean its weird behavior was already unacceptable. I was so grossed out that I only ended up getting something to drink and nothing to eat.

Haven’t used the self order screen before. Tried it and asked for some help. I believe she was the manager and she showed me what to do without any hesitation. She actually saved me $3 by changing they way I ordered my food. McDs gets a bad rap often but she was great. I wish I had her name for this review.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for years on my way to work in the mornings.The past few days have been horrible experiences. The drive through employees have zero personality and Im going to assume that they are all mute , because not once have I been spoken to in the past two days that I had been there to grab breakfast. They act like it’s a problem that they have a job and are working.If it weren’t for customers like myself purchasing food , these employees would not even have a job. I think I will be taking my breakfast.Business elsewhere moving forward. I dont expect a full-blown conversation.But a thank you would actually go a long way. Heck, even eye contact would help.

Customers are being driven away by a few people playing phones out loud in the dining room. One is an employee. Need a sign on door— No speakers / Noise disturbances will be asked to leave. Great McDonalds otherwise, but we are going somewhere else now.

When I tell you this is the slowest McDonald’s in the world. Even when not busy they seem only capable of taking two orders at a time and waiting til those are done before taking any other orders. You will easily sit in the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes.

We arrived at 8pm to a full house with cars lined up, buzzer beeping, and a full dining area. Even with all that, the staff was calm and efficient and we had our food made correctly and quickly. The manager, Quiana, was cheerfull and had everything under control.
