Absolutely LOVE this place!! The staff is soooo friendly and the manager Mimi is TRULY AMAZING I love her ❤️. Mimi TRULY ELEVATED my experience. Her presence sets the tone for the whole establishment and it’s clear her team reflects her leadership. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there…. It’s rare to find a place where the people make it unforgettable and because of Mimi and her incredible team, I’ll be choosing this location every time. We came to watch the Super Bowl & had the best time, especially thanks to Heather. She was the perfect server! She brought our food piping hot & was always around to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also super kind & helpful with ordering! Food…I don’t know. The service was so bad that by the time food came or sauces came the chicken was cold and not really eatable.
Tater tots, pretty hard to screw up BUT I wouldn’t know because they didn’t come until the end of the meal.
Service??? Deplorable. The waitress took 15 minutes to get us drinks. Then the side salad which looked good and were good BUT arrived 45 seconds before our chicken. BUT either came with zero sauce OR the sauces were a mystery game. Everything was messed up. Tacos had to get sent back. Wrap was screwed up and had to be sent back.
Asked for the manager and complained politely. Which didn’t really get us any where. We were told that they had a bunch of call offs but I’m sorry, that really isn’t my problem. We are paying for service. Then seat what you can handle and make people wait.
Never did get my damn sauces.
Atmosphere is typical for a Buffalo Wild Wings. Big tv’s and loud. BUT didn’t expect to have to wear my winter coat because it was SO COLD. You would think that if EVERYONE kept their coats on the management mind catch a clue, nope

Called to complain, waited 10+ minutes on hold. Place is always dirty, rude hostesses in person every time. Tried ordering to go and that was honestly just as bad of an experience. Please see the coleslaw side in the pics THAT WAS AN UPCHARGE with the $19 burger. Burger was packed in cardboard to go container and soaking wet. Also…the “coleslaw” is salad mix with no dressing or seasoning. Never. Again.

We watched the big game here on Sunday and it was a blast. They were super busy so food took a little longer to come out but we barely even noticed! The manager let us know right away that things would be slower and she was an absolute doll! She was charming and very funny. We loved everything about the experience and we’ve found a new spot to watch the game.

Fast service,. We had bone in wings that were cooked to perfection, one of my options was mango habanero as one of the sauces. Definitely a must try if you like spicy wings. Ariena was very nice. Great customer service and very polite.

I go here from time to time and it’s a consistently good experience. There are some servers there such as Malcom and others who help make it an enjoyable experience. I like that we can seat ourselves in the bar area at the bar or at one of the tables so we never have an issue walking in and getting served quickly. There’s always a game on we want to watch and if it’s not on one of the TVs they will turn it on typically. Some of the food is exceptional and some is just okay but still good. The accompanying app with rewards and trivia game is fun to have at the table to keep us entertained while we watch a game. There’s a lot of good specials and deals and generally just overall a friendly and good place to hang out for a little bit. They also have pull tabs if you want to gamble a little bit.

Aisha was our server and she was great! She was very attentive and kind. Our food was hot when it came out and yummy! Very nice lunch date experience. As long as Aisha is our server next time, we’ll definitely be back!

I got take out and called to complain to a manager but was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting on a manager. So I guess google reviews it is. The guy who took my order was nice and patient though. I ordered yesterday and though it’s valentines day these mistakes just feel like common sense. I ordered for me and my girlfriend and the ticket is correct but the kitchen didn’t focus and expo severely lacked here not only did my girlfriends chicken sandwich come with no sauce. My chicken tenders came plain too I asked for dry rub and there was none separate or on the tenders. Which honestly defeats the whole purpose of even making our orders if we were going to eat plain chicken. These are like common sense mistakes. We paid full price and I drove in a snow storm to get our food to not even get any sauce or dry rub with our chicken. It’s like there’s no food expo here if they made the same mistake twice on 1 order. A small order at that. Than I can’t even speak to a manager when there should be multiple on shift if the day was so busy. You can fix food that goes to a table you can’t fix what leaves the door. You think someone would look for something this obvious.
