We stopped by for lunch on our way to Niagara Falls, Canada. Even though our group of nine walked in right at opening time, Julie welcomed us with a big, warm smile. When we asked if it would be possible to have our meals served quickly since we had to cross the border soon, we were amazed — the food started coming out in less than five minutes, piping hot and absolutely delicious!
Julie, your service was simply perfect. You prepared so much food without a single mistake, and we’re now enjoying a wonderful time in Canada thanks to you! You were working so hard and graciously that we didn’t even realize you’re expecting a baby soon. Thank you so much, Julie! We bless your little one who’ll arrive in about two and a half months — what a lucky baby to have you as a mom!
To Applebee’s — thank you for taking such good care of Julie. It’s clear she’s happy working with you, and that joy made our visit truly special. Thank you for the delicious food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely stop by again next year when we return to Canada!

Amazing service! As a Bucknell student, there were issues with the campus payment system, but the workers Zoey, Tayrn and others were amazing! They were incredibly patient with us, were attentive and apologetic for reasons outside of their responsibilities. Still, I was treated with respect, kindness and the manager compensated time by giving us the food despite that not being needed. Next time I go, which will be soon, I will be sure compensate for everyone’s time and service. Thank goodness for their kindness.

Ordered a Bourbon 8oz steak with mashed potatoes and green beans to go. It was amazing! It was still warm by the time I got home. It was pleasantly tasting. Thank you Nicole and Joey for a good meal!!

Jason from Lewisburg Applebee’s was probably the best waiter we have experienced. Soft spoke, and asked if we needed anything several times. Always made sure our drinks were full. Explained this to the manager on duty (Mike).

The employees are super kind, helpful and attentive. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt like they cared about our experience. The food was well prepared and quickly served.
Mason was our server and he was great. Checking in and making sure we had what we needed.

Be careful with their car side to go. It’s a Tuesday night ( not like a busy Friday or Saturday) and they made my husband wait way past the pickup time then, to make matters worse, they forgot an entire dinner that we paid for. He noticed after driving all the way home. I call and they say “oh, do you want a credit?” Like this is an everyday occurrence and no big deal. No, I want my dinner that I waited exceptionally long for now. We even tipped the idiot that packaged the food. So back my husband goes to get the dinner they didn’t even know they forgot. Oh and I finally got an “I apologize” at the end of the phone conversation. 2 car trips and that’s what I get. If you order, check your bags, this Applebees cannot be trusted to do their jobs properly.

The server I had was Shayna, she was super sweet and patient, I asked away too many questions and for substitutions. The food came out quick and super hot and delicious. The service was absolutely amazing, and everything was great! Best Applebee’s I’ve been too 🙂
