I’ve recently moved to Glendale from Montana and never had Smashburger before. This is my third time coming in and have had an excellent experience each time. This is the second time Lilly has helped me And she has a great personality and has added to the experience both times I’ve encountered with her. Would also like to add that I’ve met the manager twice. And he’s been extremely personable and professional. I recommend this location as well as their food to anyone that reads this.

Maybe we came on an off day, we walked in and no one said anything, just looked at us. No biggie, we decided to dine in because we werent close to home. Mistake. It was filthy. The tables were dirty, the ketchup bottles were slick with grease and crumbs were all over the floor. The tractor drink machine looks like the drinks have been cycling for weeks without being changed or cleaned. It’s fast food so not expecting 5 stars however I’ve been in cleaner McDonald’s. Then the food came and it was so bad neither my husband,myself or my son could finish. The burgers and sweet potatoe fries tasted like old grease, I couldn’t get through even half of my burger and the fries tasted like they had been refried. Extremely disappointing for what we paid. Guess we will leave the smashburger nostalgia back in 2016 when they were still good.

Gabby took mine and my family’s order and served us. She is an AMAZING worker. Very friendly and all smiles since we walked through the door. The cheesy mac wasnt exactly what I was expecting for my daughter and Gabby helped me and offered to replace it with another side immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and I loved her service. Will definitely be coming back.

Lilly was our cashier, but she went above and beyond that role. She was incredibly friendly and gave my family and me a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. She brought our food to the table and continued to check on us to make sure everything tasted great and that we had everything we needed. The kitchen staff was also friendly and welcoming, with lots of smiles all around. Excellent customer service and food service—great job, and thank you!

We went in and there was a strong body odor smell throughout our visit. My burger was extremely greasy, to the point that the bun was damp and soggy. The employee taking orders and bringing out the food was nice, but I’d recommend trying a different location for Smashburger.
