I stopped by KFC Big Chicken in Marietta (Icon Location) and had a solid experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the service was quick—even during a busy lunch rush. I ordered the Big Chicken sandwich, and it definitely lived up to the hype: juicy, well-seasoned, and crispy with just the right amount of sauce.
The Icon Location makes it easy to find and convenient to grab a quick bite, whether you’re on the go or meeting up with friends. My only minor gripe was that the fries were a little over-seasoned, but overall the food was tasty and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m craving something flavorful and fast!

I came here as a kid in the early 1970s. The location is the same, but the Big Chicken grew anew a few times!
I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich. Medium fries and drink. Everything was hot, fresh and cooked to order. Nothing on my tray sat around!
At the end of the day, it’s still KFC. It’s pretty good chicken!

This is amazing, the first time I’ve been here & I adore it! Staff is amazing, food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this area, 10/10! Need something sweet? They have MINI bundt cakes!! They also have patio seating!

Hit or miss. Usually I get quality chicken and the cook gets it right. But this time. It was trash. The chicken was fried and not cooked in the pressure cooker. It was supposed to be original but it was crispy. Very disappointing. One piece was extra small.

ordered a 2-piece meal with 2 mashed potatoes and 2 biscuits. I was told to park and waited about 8 minutes, only to receive an incorrect order with just one biscuit and poor presentation. Very disappointed with the service and attention to detail.

We’ve lived nearby for years and thought it’s time to check out this “landmark”. A huge disappointment!
This is the worst KFC we’ve ever experienced. When we arrived the counter person immediately walked in the back, stating we need to wait.
5 minutes later when she failed to return (no employees were visible), we used the self-serve screen. It took 9 minutes until someone brought a tray out with our order.
They forgot our requested sauces, and they said they are completely out of napkins (eat chicken without a napkin?). We found all the tables dirty, when we told an employee, they brought a paper towel and walked away.
We went back for our ordered sauces, they were out of barbecue sauce.
It’s a shame this landmark is not managed better.

This Landmark not only impresses with its appearance and unique attraction of the giant big chicken with the moving beak but when you walk inside it’s like a mini museum. Complimented with great food and great service. Very roomy and we’ve never been in here when it’s loud and crazy or uncomfortable such a wonderful place. The staff does well and the food is consistently good. It definitely need to stop and check out this landmark.

Food was fast, hot and CORRECT. To hear the big chicken talk, you have to listen around 8am and you have to be close to the chicken. I think they should make it talk all day but that’s just my opinion. Who is best KFC at 8am? Especially if they don’t open until 10. Js. But a.m radio station 820 will do the trick if you’re around during that time. It is cool to see the big beak and eyes move. Worth the 15 minutes out of the way on our trip. Even better that the food was good!
