Let me just hype yall up real quick!!

As somebody who works in customer service. I am constantly looking for great service. In this day, especially in fast food rare to get good customer service with your order coming out correctly I ordered it at six meals tonight all with special request. None of the special request the same I was prepared to have to send something back when I took the food or half away for a really long time. However, I was greeted within four minutes, just pulling up to my curbside spot with a friendly face and a great attitude. She asked if I needed anything else and I said no I took the food and every last thing on there was 100% correct I checked everything it was hot. My french fries were fresh even down to five different shows that will order.

In a fast pace world, but a simple gesture as a smile and a friendly greeting with an order correct after a long day and a house full of children’s to feed. Yall are fabulous

On March 1st at approximately 9:15 p.m., I visited the drive-through at McDonald’s and was deeply disappointed by the level of service I received.

From the moment I reached the window, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I was made to feel as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The employee handling my transaction returned my change in a careless manner, effectively tossing it into my hand, and my food was handed out abruptly with little regard for professionalism.

In addition, the employee’s demeanor and conduct at the window appeared erratic and unprofessional, which only reinforced the sense that there was no active supervision or standard being upheld during the evening shift.

I fully understand that late-night shifts are often staffed by younger team members. However, that reality makes strong leadership and oversight even more critical. A brand as globally recognized as McDonald’s should demonstrate consistent standards of courtesy, composure, and operational discipline at all hours of business.

This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from an organization of this scale. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as maintaining brand integrity depends on consistent leadership and accountability across every location and shift.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. We got there at 0630 in the morning so they had just opened and left it unclean at closing the night before. The food was also horrible. Had to return my wife’s food because it was so bad. We were driving through town on our way home and both became ill about an hour later. I cannot believe this American icon of fast food has slipped so far.

We got one order, cheeseburgers seemed a bit off and like overcooked. Everything else was fine. Second one we ordered on the Kiosk but wanted to pay with cash so we waited for someone to show up at counter.. Other people showed up and ordered their stuff so we went up only to be told they were understaffed and that they saw our order on the screen. So finally paid, got our stuff and left. Basically..
– They gave us 2 kids meals with fries upsides down. Niether one had apple slices.
-The kiosk things didn’t print out the receipts, as usual.
-we were clueless on the kids toys since the wall wasn’t updated with the new ones.
-Didn’t have our sauces either.

The nastiest store in town and nothing but drama coming from the employees. The managers and franchise owner should be embarrassed. Ive never seen so many flys and employees cursing. I choose to waste the money and throw the food away and went across the street to burger king because i cant imagine what the kitchen looks like if the seating area was that infested.

Rude drive thru all together and the manager even ruder. I get its a high school job but a little respect would be nice. As for the manager you ma’am need better training. If a customer has a issue you don’t rudly tell them you off the clock. Asked for no salt on fries and its loaded with salt.

The staff at this particular store are fantastic. They’re fast and efficient and almost always get my order right. I greatly prefer this location over any others in this general area. I can’t rate the atmosphere because I only do drive through.

Every time I come to these McDonald’s restaurants, I have the same issue. I upsize my meal from medium to large because I love McDonald’s fries (the only reason I come to McDonald’s). The large fry always comes half full. If I order a medium it’s half full. I’ve complained numerous times, and it seems as if they don’t care. Now I am boycotting McDonald’s. They will no longer get my business for this reason. On top of that, every time I order fries I tell them cook fresh fries and it seems as if they never do. Fries come not crispy and they are always soggy. Both Cabot and beebe McDonald’s do this. I work hard for my money and I don’t like being ripped off.

Every time I go here they screw up my order. I get breakfast daily I have to stop at McCain to get my order right. Then no one wants to answer the phone or take your message. Place stinks sausage muffin w egg see pic. Every time.
