This place was absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic. We got the Adana kebab and the Hunkar Begendi. I couldn’t be happier with the choices. The baked feta appetizer was tasty as well.

My dad and I have always enjoy finding new restaurants to try. He lives in New York for years so it’s hard to compete with Dallas but I took him here when he came to visit and we had just a wonderful time. The volume was low so we were able to talk, I went with the chicken shawarma and he had the lamb chop. It was some of the best chicken shawarma I’ve ever had but I actually was jealous of his lamb chops they were just absolutely to die for. Will be sure and make another trip there, I was so full but it looked like they had a Turkish flan that I really would have liked to eat but I don’t think I could have gotten it in me. I have no doubt it’s worth trying though.

Ephesus is a great Mediterranean restaurant. Our experience there was fantastic! Food is freshly prepared, hot and flavorful. I think its location next to the grocery store may mistakenly take away its appeal. Once inside though, the place feels and looks very classy and clean. It is nicely decorated and well attended. The atmosphere is very inviting and pleasant.
After you are seated, you are almost immediately served with a basket of freshly baked bread that is hot and fluffy and goes so well with flavored butter.
The hot tea is absolutely delicious, presented in classic Turkish glasses. When you ask for refills they literally make a fresh batch and serve it super-hot and fresh every time.
Calf’s liver as a hot appetizer was delicious and was served with tomato salad that complemented it very well. Zucchini pancakes were super fresh and crispy served with delicious tzatziki and vegetable salad.
Chicken kebab was very flavorful, tender and juicy.
There is a vegetable casserole on the menu, but it is actually a vegetable stew, something resembling ratatouille, but cooked with Mediterranean spices. It was marvelous with rice pilaf.
Chef’s special is a beautiful plate of chicken kebab topped with shoe-string potatoes. French fries as a side were super fresh and delicious as well.
We also splurged on baklava, and it was very good, especially with fresh hot tea.
I am very glad that we have found this delightful restaurant! Highly recommend it to anyone who is in the mood for Mediterranean food, or just quality food in general.

My wife and I had Lamb Shank and Branzino Filet (sea bass). Branzino is fresh, tasteful, delicious. Lamb Shank soft, juicy, delicious. Lamb Shank sauce is a little salty though. Service is very good. Restaurant is clean.

We got a shared family style meal and the majority of the items were delicious. They have some of the best hummus I’ve ever tasted and the bread that they served at the beginning of the meal was amazing.

The fire grilled vegetables were absolutely delicious and I wish that there were more of them served with this dish. I particularly enjoyed the kebab. Unfortunately the gyro which was provided in tiny slices was very dry. All of the sauces that were presented were fabulous.

Since everything else tasted so good I believe that the gyro might be a one-off, don’t let that one thing to sway you from visiting, it was an excellent experience overall.

This place is really fantastic… the food and service are top notch. If I lived in Dallas I’d be visiting weekly. The homemade bread and butter they serve as a pre-appetizer is crazy good. The people working here are super nice and welcoming. Thanks a great meal.

Very cute old time vibes Turkish restaurant. Went here Sunday evening, it was mostly quiet with Turkish music playing and had a romantic vibe to it. The fresh pita bread was delicious. We also got the hummus, fried goat cheese and falafel platter. It was a little under-seasoned for my taste but delicious food nonetheless.

I ordered calf liver to go and received my food in a melting styrofoam. It looks like the staff reheated the liver in the foam which caused the deformity of the container. I will not eat here again. This is a health hazard as some of the foam could have blended into the food.

Second time I’ve been here and it was as good as the first time. I went here with my fiancee and it was a perfect spot for a nice 1on1 dinner. Ambience is good, was a little busy but we were able to be seated quickly. Turkish food! The complimentary bread rolls are amazing, but the chili oil butter takes it over the top. We got the feta rolls, which were also crispy and great. Pita is $1 per whole piece. I got the Her Majesty Special, and my fiancee got the Lamb Kebab. The Her Majesty Special was very flavorful but to be honest, a little too much for me. It was a bit salty and a bit of a chore to finish. But the lamb kebabs were great. Everything you would want. The wait for food was long, but the waiters were great and apologized multiple times and gave us complimentary tea. The baklava was on point too. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
