I can’t even begin to discuss my dissatisfaction disgust & disappointment with this location. After traveling from Nigeria getting off the plane and placing an uber eats order then driving 50 minutes from my hotel at 11pm, I spent $48 for bland, tasteless, cold, butter only seafood boils. No seasoning. None of the sides I paid for. None of the eggs I paid for. Like really?!?! This is ridiculous. Can’t even call to remedy the situation, no one answers and it’s only a voicemail. I am mortified and demand a manager reach out to me for a refund and remedy.

I ordered from this location on 12/06/24 @ 11:23pm , I drove 30 to the location just to find hair in my seafood bag. I’m very disappointed ☹️ I spent $85 on seafood for me to get disgusted at the hair I found in my bag. And NO , it’s not my hair I have locs , been had locs for 3 1/2 years now . I have pictures and my receipt to match

I got the shrimp boil with potatoes and corn for 15.99. I’d say the service was “ok” but the food is definitely phenomenal. Tasted very fresh and soulful. It was also cool seeing how many celebrities had visited there when u come in.

I used to love juicy crab but I ordered yesterday through doordash. It tasted like oil & old seasoning. I don’t know what’s wrong with juicy crab food now but it’s not hitting like before 2020. I’ve tried other locations in the past year and it wasn’t as good either but this location absolutely the worst taste. Cooks need to be re trained

Ate here a few times, the last two out of convenience. I always get a pound of snow crab, half pound shrimp, all corn, juicy special medium. And every single time, everything is always over cooked including the corn and little to know meat in the crab legs. Save your money and drive the extra miles to the Howell mill location.
