Very disappointed on quality of food presentation was sloppy & mess old lettuce, poorly cut onions unsaturated with the taste of Dave’s Single burger, Do not like the AI machine on drive-through takes so long to respond and allow you to finish order prefer having real people when placing an order very disappointment in Wendy’s new way of ordering with AI. Quality of food presentation. Need to give people jobs back when people are looking for jobs not replaced them with computers or AI. I’m very disappointed in fast food restaurants these days.

Not only did they not include the sauce for the nuggets. They give me a chicken sandwich instead of the Baconator I paid for. Is it the end of the world? No, but also if I got it that wrong at my job. I’d be walked out the front door.

Wow. Food was disappointing. The baked potato was hard and dry, the tenders tasted like oil and were hard and dark, not like iother establishments.
The machine at the drive thru didn’t understand the nugget were a combo so it added an additional one. When I arrived at the window I let the rep know I needed to make corrections and she immediately seemed bothered by it.
I added a salad at window and it seemed to be an issue as well.
I asked for Sweet Chilli for the tenders and the lady at the window asked me to move fwd. I asked again for the sauce and I was asked to move fwd again. When I got the rest of the order it was missing the sauces I asked for at the window. The sweet chilli and bbq. I went in and when I asked for the sauces it seemed like the employee had to ask for permission to givee the sauces. I also asked but butter since we asked for an baked potato upgraded with cheese and bacon and it barely had any cheese. It was dried. Someone who seemed to be the manager at the moment toldbme “I need to pay for it now”.
I have no idea what she ment with that but she kept asking me to leave with her hands.
This was our first visit to this location and most definitely will be the last one.

Today, Wednesday, November 26, 2025, I went to Wendy’s through the drive-thru. The AI took my order. I ordered a bacon Biggie Bag and didn’t have the chance to ask whether it came with pickles. When I reached the window, I asked if it had pickles, and they said yes. I kindly asked if they could give it to me without pickles and apologized.

I waited at the window, and they handed me the order—with pickles. I showed it to the employee, and she seemed bothered. They told me to pull forward to the pickup area ahead. We waited approximately 20 minutes or more. When we saw no one coming out to deliver the order, I went back to the window. The employee told me the order had been ready, but they were very busy.

I told the employee who attended me—the one with red hair and two pigtails—that I no longer wanted the order and to please refund my money. She got upset, as did an older woman whom I understand is the manager. The purchase was at 10:50 p.m.

To the managers of this restaurant, I ask that you please check your cameras because the service was terrible and the employees were rude. I am from Puerto Rico, I was visiting, and they spoke to me disrespectfully. I am an American citizen, and I felt discriminated against. People like that should not be working with the public. I hope you take action regarding this matter.

Drive through worker had a nasty attitude, which is very poor customer service and leaves a bad reputation for the business. As an employee working frontline, you should be kind. Especially to the customers who show kindness. People work hard for their money and in return get poor customer service. Very distasteful.

1/27/26 whoever’s making the breakfast burritos needs an training video. They crammed my sausage on one end of the burrito and put like 1 potato wedge in the whole thing. They made me eat egg and potato without sausage until the very end. My breakfast and morning and life has been ruined by this experience. I thought Wendy loved me but I didn’t taste love this morning I tasted cheap and fast slop.

Only One
Don’t come to this place at 6:08 AM on a Sunday morning because you will order with their automated system. You will then proceed to the window only to sit there and be ignored for 11 minutes. You will watch the male employee inside walk back and forth without even acknowledging your presence. Eventually you will get tired of waiting and being ignored, you will just leave. I didn’t get to see what the man looked like or his name because he never once acknowledged that I was there. If you’re running behind or the only person working, I get it. But at least let the customer know the situation, so they don’t feel like you’re ignoring them. If you don’t want to work at 6 am on a Sunday, find another job. Because I wasn’t able to see the employee who did so well ignoring me, here is the vehicle that was in the lot when I arrived. Do better Wendy’s !!

After reading all the other 1-2 star ratings, I’m amazed this place is still in business. Maybe it’s time to tear it down and replace it with something better.

I instantly feel sick after ordering a JBC bag to share with my son and noticed the burger tasted very soggy. After inspecting I realized I just ate more than half of the jbc that was almost raw ! I’m sure it’s not 100 percent beef to be eating it while’s it’s still pink in the middle! I’m not going to eat Wendy’s anymore as I’m in fear of getting food poisoning ! If I physically get sick after eating this burger, theres going to be a major problem!!

This wendys is a absolute nightmare! The drive thru is ran by Ai that doesn’t get your order right. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to get cold food and missing part of my order and one bbq pack for 12 nuggets 3-4 pieces. Im done ive gone back over and over just to be more disappointed every time. The only reason its still open is because of its location. I live around the corner and I will never spend another dollar there and to top it off you took away the one decent thing you had to make it all edible the sweet and sour sauce! Im sure im only 1 of the many in the area that refuse to return to this store. Do better Wendys!
