Absolutely delicious food and outstanding service from start to finish. Every dish was prepared perfectly, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which really elevates the whole dining experience. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, everything here is done right — from the food to the service. Easily one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

Today we made a glorious little pilgrimage to Sabrina’s Café in University City, and let me tell you—this place understands breakfast.

The moment we walked in, the energy was buzzing. The dining room was packed with chatter and clinking plates, mostly young college students fueling up for the day, giving the whole place a lively, joyful hum. It felt like the kind of spot where mornings are meant to be celebrated, not rushed.

My wife went bold and beautiful with the Huevos Rancheros, and wow… what a masterpiece. Blue corn tortillas swimming in a smoky chorizo sauce, silky black bean purée, melty pepper jack, a bright splash of lime sour cream, creamy guacamole, and—because greatness demands drama—a fried jalapeño on top. It was colorful, savory, rich, and just spicy enough to make you grin between bites.

I stayed classic (sometimes tradition wins) with two perfectly dippy eggs, a heap of homies with onions, and three glorious pork sausage links that knew exactly why they were on that plate. Simple. Comforting. Executed like pros.

And then there was the owner—actually strolling around the room, greeting tables, checking in on meals, and making everyone feel like regulars even if it was their first visit. That kind of personal touch is pure gold.

Top it all off with amazing service and food, and you’ve got yourself a breakfast spot worth bragging about. Sabrina’s Café nailed it—full house, full plates, full hearts, and a serious reason to come back hungry.

I’ve been to this location 25-35 times. Wonderful staff every time I’ve gone. On less busy days they’re extra accommodating, just genuinely good people working here. The owner is also super nice.
The food is not only delicious, but the portions are generous and filling with enough to take home for the next day.
The value per dollar of most of the food items is alright, but I’d say it’s 100% worth it if you’re getting the signature stuffed brioche.

P.S. Don’t get the pulled pork tater tot bowl, it was too citrusy, surprisingly, and the value wasn’t great. Still, I highly recommend trying different things on the menu.

I see why so many people love this place! A friend and I planned a birthday brunch gathering for a group of 12 and the staff were so accommodating! While they don’t take reservations for this sized crowd, you can call the day of and they will work with you to make it happen. We went closer towards opening on a weekday, so there was more availability. We had Zara and she gave us excellent service! Food was delicious (you have to try the Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Cannoli French Toast) and ambience was quaint. They even helped us out with getting a candle to put in the Pumpkin Cake so we could sing. It really is the little details that makes a place memorable and I think that’s why Sabrina’s is killing it!

Great brunch place. It was our first time but we fell in love right away soon as we entered the restaurant. Service was fantastic and our server Trevor was very polite. Also, the service was quick and we got our order in less than 20 minutes.

Oh my God, this is an amazing place, it’s so cozy there. We went in for breakfast and they were very attentive and quick with the service. They gave us amazing French toast to celebrate our special occasion, and all the other food was simply fantastic. In the end, we were surprised how inexpensive it was and how huge the portions were. It’s a shame we don’t live nearby, we would have breakfast there every day. I highly recommend this place to everyone ❤️

We’re visiting for our honeymoon from Virginia and wanted to stop at local cafe. We decided to pick this one and I’m glad that we did. The food was amazing. The service was spectacular and welcoming. The atmosphere was awesome with all of the painting on the walls. I would 100% recommend to come here if you’re visiting.

I love this spot!! I’ve been here so many times (mostly due to the proximity), but it helps that their food is really, really good—like “plan your week around brunch” good. Their coffee is excellent, and I’m obsessed with anything pancake/French toast here. The menu is creative and always changing, but honestly I tend to order the same thing because it’s just THAT GOOD: the stuffed French toast latte and the lemon ricotta pancake. Both are rich, bright, and super satisfying every time. Heads up: it can get busy and they don’t take reservations, so build in some time to wait for a table. It’s worth it.

My wife and I wanted to say what a wonderful experience we had this late October morning. The Sabrina’s University City host and server could not have been more helpful. We also were treated to a Halloween tradition where the staffers were each dressed in themed garb. (Each locale competes with the others) Our location had a Tim Burton theme- a great surprise! Our server was Zara D. who was just incredibly helpful and attentive. Food was top notch as always. Well done team! We’ll be back.

We went here after the Rocky Run, and although it felt a bit crowded and like we were sitting on top of each other, the food was great. I ordered the chicken and waffles the chicken was cooked perfectly, though the waffles were unfortunately a bit soggy. I will give it another chance one day!
