Very nice small town bakery. I had one glazed (raised) doughnut and it was delicious. I also had a chicken bacon ranch panini and it was very good. Johnson’s is a nice option if you’re passing through Perry and want a taste of local food. This bakery has been around since 1954. That speaks for itself.

Well deserving of 5 stars. Best glazed donuts I had in a very long time. Great burger that was patted out and just the right size with great flavors, club was good. Large variety of donuts. Probably the best donut holes I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly, inside was clean and restroom were also. I definitely would make the 2 hr drive for this place again and If you’re in Perry its a must stop!
Update we made another visit and it was better than the last time. I got assorted box, the brownie was thick but yet moist and mouth watering, the cheese Danish is a hit also!

Friends have told us about this little bakery in Perry, Fl, so we had to make a trip up there, 65 miles, to try it for ourselves. We got there right before closing, so a lot of items were sold out, but we still got some delicious pastries. Cinnamon rolls, chocolate muffin, cranberry orange muffin, apple fritters, brownies,and 6 glazed donuts. Their donuts even put Krispy Kreme to shame, and the brownies are to die for. I’m glad we don’t live closer or we would be there everyday. So, make sure if you are around Perry, Fl., you stop by.

We enjoyed a salad, the Apple Chicken Salad Croissant, and the Bacon Jam Burger with French fries! The sweet tea tasted fresh and was perfect! And we took donuts and a muffin for the road!
The sweet cashier was super patient with us while we picked what to eat, and gave us recommendations on which desserts to pick! A hidden gem! We will definitely stop by anytime we’re driving through!

My husband and I were on our way back to Tallahassee after doing relief work in Taylor County and stopped here for.lumch. it was cooked to perfection! We really enjoyed the handmade irregular shaped patties. I had the bacon jam burger and my husband had a cheeseburger. We of course could t leave without some donuts for the road.

Iconic donuts. Known all around North Florida and South Georgia for the absolute best donuts on the planet. I cannot stress this next part enough; you want to go early so you can get the glazed donuts hot out of the fryer. Apple fritters are usually good as well. I’m always treated well by the super friendly and helpful staff. Another great Perry business worthy of community support.
