Absolutely horrible experience! Our onion rings were completely burnt when we got them. Took them to the door and showed them to the manager and asked her, “would you eat these”? She replied, “we’re having trouble with our fryer and it’s burning the onion rings, we’ll fix you new ones”. The manager brought them out after about 10 minutes and the replacement order was burnt even worse!! Wouldn’t you just tell anyone and everyone that you couldn’t cook the stupid onion rings and not even offer them until you figured out what the problem is? It’s not rocket science! This manager really handled this wrongly and I’ll never be back! Plus the tater tots tasted like the cooking oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. Very heavy old oil taste.

I keep saying this is my last time going there because the food is bad. But my grandson wanted to go even though I knew better. We could not even eat our hamburgers because they were old nasty and burnt around the outside. My sonic burger was a plain old and crusty. They didn’t put anything on it except cheese. The tots were so crunchy they just fell apart and tasted like old oil. Same with his wacky pack Needless to say the dogs had them for supper. When I called to complain when we got home the girl told me there was nothing she could do since we didn’t eat them there.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could! After 2x of bad service I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them yet again. Well, they messed up my order, was rude when I tried to tell them what I actually ordered, wanted to charge me extra for more marinara when I ordered more marinara from the get go, then proceeded to just close the window on me while I was trying to explain that. Staff is rude! Will definitely be my last visit! Which is unfortunate. Years ago the old sonic was always packed and provided great customer service!

Coconut snowball float was very bad, tasted like Styrofoam and buttered popcorn flavored jelly beans. My burger was cold and had way too much mayo. They gave me a regular drink when I had ordered a diet also and they made it right with the correct drink. Usually when I go it’s pretty good but not this one. I’ll go again because it’s affordable and convenient, but it really shouldve been better.

Just like the last Sonic, this one has gone downhill fast. Often times they forget stuff when I place mobile orders, which no other place I do mobile orders does that! They’ve also gave us the wrong order somehow.

Worse yet; around the late hours they allow their high school buddies to steal the handicapped spots and just sit there, doing absolutely nothing but yapping to employees. I’ve seen quite a few of them walk into the building too and talk to employees. Even seen them walking out into their cars, still parked in handicapped; and drive off. I’ve reported this several times, and they refuse to do anything about it. Absolutely ridiculous.

the young girl who worked there this evening is extremely rude. she rudely told us “YOU NEED TO SLOW DOWN” while ordering food, and she still got the order extremely wrong. she refused to give the receipt after overcharging. the only positive thing was young man working because he seemed apologetic for the girl’s behavior, but it still doesn’t make it right. extremely unprofessional. it’s a horrible look for a popular food chain. not to mention, the food we did receive was completely sabotaged. we finally gave up and just left with a messed up order and $15 dollars less than what we should have.

Pulled up to order 2 half prices shakes well after 5pm. I was told that that price is only if you use their app ? so I had to pay full price for both! I just did a screenshot of the fine print if the Sonic commercial & NO WHERE does it say only when using the app! How many other people do they do this to? Do they do it not knowing or do they knowingly do it & pocket the difference? Sorry i can’t upload the picture I took of the commercial. I won’t be back.
