Today I had the best experience at a McDonald’s that I can remember. My wife and I took our granddaughter to get lunch. We ordered at the kiosk picked up our number and sat at a table. The lady who brought our food had another lady carrying our drinks. The first lady realized she didn’t bring straws and went to get us a couple. The food was hot, the burger wasn’t sliding around in the bun, and we received everything we ordered the first time. I wish other McDonald’s were this nice and clean. Great job!

After 2 trys to get 2 little cheeseburgers, 1 no pickles the other no pickles no mustard they still did it wrong. Want be stopping there again when traveling. The inside was clean but you order with a kios and I hate those things.

If I could do 0 Stars I would morning service is terrible on front counter on Halloween I ordered a frappe which took 30 min everyone on drive thru got their frappe before me and the lady said I wanted a refund to the manager and she didn’t asked Wat I ordered and refunded the wrong order and was not friendly not coming here no more imma just make my own y’all need to do better

I have to say from the second I walked in, until we left we had such an amazing experience!! I told the team they were doing amazing!! They greeted, smiled, every employee asked us if we needed anything or simply said hello

Staff was pleasant at the drive thru but I’m horribly disappointed in this deluxe chicken sandwich. Tiny piece of meat and lettuce gone bad. My daughter’s response, oh look it’s a bread sandwich.

Yes, that was an employee! When did McDonald’s allow staff to sport hoodies? Lol! He was initially tasked with cleaning the restrooms, then afterwards he was assigned to be the cashier. Whether he even bothered to wash his hands, we’ll never know.He was rude to the customers, kept touching his hair and nose and certainly needed help as he clearly was having troubletaking orders and dealingwith customers. I placed my order on the kiosk and thru the app and watched as others after me received their orders. I had to go up to the counter and ask this same employee where my order was. He ignored me for a bit and finally came back with my order.This location was an absolute disaster! C’mon McDonald’s, you can do better.
