Horrible service and the employees have no sense of urgency or even care about a good sandwich presentation. My sandwich was all made and I waited 8 minutes for the lady in front of me to cash out and then start adding toppings to her 7 sandwiches. Not one employee helped the only girl working register, toppings etc. they just stand around braindead with no teamwork!! Don’t go here to eat, they have no pride in what they are serving.

Driving through town back to Arizona and pulled up at high noon for a sandwich. Place was packed and they had multiple online orders. The crew was phenomenal! They were all efficient, clean and friendly. They cranked through the masses like clockwork and still pleasantly asked how we were. The employee on the slicer achieved Slicing Zen as she perfectly switched between online and in store orders, engaging each customer as she worked. Give her a raise! I didn’t catch her name and they were still crazy busy when we left. I recommend this place at any time if the day. They’ll get you on and out quickly and with a smile with the best subs on planet Earth.

I go here often and love to get my sandwiches because the experience is usually good with staff and food but this visit in particular ALL the staff was not only disrespectful to me but to another customer and was even talking smack about other customers openly and loud as well once they left the store. Their was a soda at the machine that was out and the muscle kid was cursing in the back and even called the customer a dog and the girls that were working there also told him that that’s what they heard him say and defended him. Also the lettuce they were serving was pink and old and I told the employees about it and they assured me it was made in the morning and was fresh. I took a picture of the lettuce for reference if you ever want a picture. This was the most unpleasant visit to this location Ive ever had and I hope these employees get a good talking to to change their behavior. As I’m typing this in the store I can hear them saying they want to call off work because they don’t care to come in. I’m not sure what’s wrong with these young adults working today but wow I don’t even want to experience this again the next time I come in.

A little heads up when ordering roast beef. I have never had this happen to me at any other Jersey Mike’s but here. However when ordering you must specify that the roast beef should be cooked(?). I received a raw roast beef in my sandwich and I could not eat it. At all. We even had a chicken salad sandwich which we threw away as well. Not only that spending almost $30 for two sandwiches that I could not eat. Absolutely dissatisfied and I’d like a refund however over the phone the employees specifically mention that’s how people eat it. If that’s the case it would make more sense to have a refrigerated storage for pick up orders because when I took my first bite it was room temp and raw.

Please be aware before you order.

Unfortunately for me I must have gotten someone else’s sandwich at my pickup today. I ordered a wheat bun with paid extra meat. I received a white sandwich with one tiny thin broken up piece of roast beef! Worst lunch ever.

It’s a walk in and order at the counter sub shop, and I can’t envision how to make it better. I would eat here much mote frequèntly if it were not so pricey–but it’s California. Everything looked clean and the service was top notch. The people seemed want to be there. I had the #13 and there was just the right amount of stuff to bread ratio and they resisted the urge to put tomato ends on it! Thank you.

I ordered a giant #2 and it was pitiful how skimpy the sandwich was and especially the amount of meat. I’ve been a long time customer and I’ve never had such a meager sandwich. There was barely any meat on it and absolutely ridiculous that I paid $18.30 for it. The meat should’ve been doubled to make it the norm. The JM on Greenspot Rd. in Highland is my normal go-to and it’s always perfection and never skimping on the ingredients; the Beaumont location in general is never really good, but this is by far the worst and most pathetic sandwich I’ve had from there (the one I got last week had barely any oil and vinegar and was so dry). JM is extremely pricey as it is and people are willing to pay the high cost because its quality and generous in its ingredients and that was NOT met with the this order. Seriously, the manager of this location needs to have a firm talk with their employees about quality control and meeting the company’s expectations. It’s laughable how this sandwich looks.

It was better tasting than subway, but honestly not that much more impressive. I don’t think they offered as many options for bread, cheeses and veggies. Only two employees trying to fulfill too many orders at once, so they were kinda short with us and acted in a hurry to get us out of the way. Not their fault. Would eat there again, just didn’t feel too welcome honestly.

Not only was the food scrumptious, but the employees left my girl and I a sweet note because we said we were having a bad day. 10/10 would recommend!
