1. While going through the drive-through, we could hear all of the goofing off through the speaker. When ordering, there weren’t any words said to us unless we tried to get them to say things. The total price for the order was on the screen correctly, but the woman on the speaker acted like we were interrupting a conversation she was having (which we were) to tell us the price.
2. The man in the first window handed the drink out to us. We asked if we were to get the food from that window, as well. Maybe he had assumed we left already, because we had to really try and get his attention for an answer. He answered “yes”. Eye contact, and even completely facing toward us, wasn’t a thing.
3. During the wait at this first window, the man had gone off to talk with his friends out of sight. We were able to see the questionable crumbs and dried splashes of something (I couldn’t tell what it was) that were all around the things in sight. It made me question if our food was going to have those mystery crusties in it.
4. We were told to go to the second window by the same man as before. He was walking past the window as he spoke. He never made eye contact; he never faced our direction.
5. The second window gave us a better feeling. The manager popped out and asked us what we ordered. She handed us the bag of food. She was the only professional in that store. Though, I do feel bad about how stressed she looked when she was looking back in her employees’ directions.
6. The fries weren’t that great; barely mediocre. The burger itself was charred on one side. I figured this out when I was looking for the mysterious crunchy bits I was getting. This is my first time experiencing a burnt McDonald’s burger. Presentation was good, so I assume the nice manager woman prepared it.
7. Thank you for reading about my experience. I hope this is useful to you! I just know I’m not going there again.

I placed an order (a caramel coffee) via the app before I even arrived and then once i arrive they pull me into a drive thru place which they seem to do to everyone because there were so many people waiting they had no room to park. Meanwhile everyone else gets their order while I have to sit and wait for a good 20+ mins. We had to go in and get it. And they GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND HAD TO REMAKE IT! This is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn’t prioritize your drive thru time over timely service.

They keep pulling cars from the drive-thru to the reserve spots in the morning, which wouldn’t be a big deal if we didn’t end up waiting over 20 minutes. After all that waiting, our order was wrong.
What really bothered me was the employees laughing at the window and not taking it seriously. When they realized the order was wrong, no one came out to fix it. We had to go inside ourselves. Another older lady in the drive-thru was dealing with the same issue.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but the wait time, wrong order, and rude behavior were really disappointing.

Want to wait forever in line? This is the place. I placed a pick up order on the app at lunch time. All the curbside spots were full and the line was backed up to the road to exit the area. I waited 45 minutes to get through the line to get to the window to pick up the food. Then the lady at the payment was nice and friendly but the guy at the pick up window was so unamused by his job. He just stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. Our order wasn’t complicated at all. I just wish they were more efficient especially during a lunch time on a weekend.

This morning stopped at McDonald’s drive thru in Winchester, Kentucky for breakfast. This was the best and fastest drive thru ever. From ordering our food and getting our order was all under 1 minute. The service was great and friendly, was hot and very tasty.

Same overpriced and gloomy inside and out as any other “modern” McDonalds, but the staff is on point! Always friendly and food is correct to order. One of the only McDonalds in the country that compares the food going into the bag to the actual order receipt!

Placed order at drive thru requested hot fries with our meal and other sandwich. Asked to wait for food, got our food of course both sandwiches were cold and so were the fries. Asked for ketchup the person left the window and was gone for a while. I should have taken it back inside and asked for hot food but was almost at interstate. Very disappointed. It’s was so cold we didn’t eat it.

I ordered a Big Mac with no sauce no middle bun and no pickle during my lunch mind you I picked up several different orders for my co workers break and they literally gave me a platter with shredded lettuce a pc of cheese and two dried out burger patties. Not mention my fries were cold has well. If I could post the picture they would be ashamed. My dog wouldn’t even eat that shit

Was a dumpster fire. Witnessed during my 20 minutes of ordering and waiting, a wrong sandwich made, multiple people asking if they would continue to wait beyond 15 minutes already, food served out of order, manager/worker with short hair picking her nose with napkin and not washing hands and then touching food! There were seemingly a couple new employees being trained cause they were shuffling around like they were learning. But overall the store can’t seem to handle the demand when I was there. Fast food?
