The best meal I have had in New Mexico so far . Green chilli wontons were great wife had chicken I had New Mexico steak . Both were delicious wait staff were very attentive and the blue moon beer was great.

First we started with the salad, which had a lot of variety and even a couple of different soups. My husband had the New York steak and he said it was excellent. I had the ground steak with the mushroom gravy. I’m one of those people that ask for well done and really like it when it’s well done and most of the time Cooks can’t figure that out, and it’s still pink, but not here it was perfect perfect perfect perfect! I also asked for a loaded baked potato, it’s probably the best one I ever had because they actually really load it up, with lots of cheese and bacon and chives, and sour cream and butter on the side. Not that I get to Roswell very often but if I ever do I’ll come back here again! It was a nice dinner after driving for 10 hours, and our server Brittany, was nice and personable and really seems to like her job.

What a beautiful and rustic ambiance! Loved the old cowboy photos. We had the filet and sirloin steaks. Delicious! Highly recommend- but be prepared for the $$$ bill!

The orange salmon was delicious .The salad bar had a full selection of fresh veggies and good selection of dressings. The side protein chicken was moist and tender. The atmosphere warm and inviting. If your lucky enough to have Bec as your waitress your evening will be complete. Enjoy

Bad food and bad service. I visited on a Monday night and had the New York steak, manhattan cut, cooked medium and blackened. The seasoning was good but it came out rare. The meat was tough and chewy. My rice pilaf side was very salty and tasted like bad Asian fried rice. Service was poor, my waitress took forever to take my drink order because she was too busy chatting with the table next to me.
The first time I visited was on a Saturday night and there were large groups waiting in the lobby and four staff members behind the counter discussing something. I wanted to inquire how long the wait would be for a party of one, but they all seemed too busy to acknowledge me. After waiting for 5 minutes I left and went to a different restaurant. Only good thing about this place was the salad bar. This is one of the worst restaurants in Roswell, you can get better steak at the winery.

Nice place! Enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and attentive friendly service. We had a drink at thr bar to finish watching the football game before we sat at our table. The bartender was wonderful. There is a generous salad bar and the menu offers several options. We had the wonton for appetizer; delicious! Then I had the ribeye with seet potatoe fries and my husband had the NY strip believe it was Monterey style. Both were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. We didnt need any additional sauce which was nice. Brooklyn was our server and was very kind and attentive. My husband appreciated her suggestion for dessert on the salad bar which is a mixture of puddings and was delightfully yummy.
