Special shout out to our server, young guy with a safety vest and glasses, whom brought us our food and corrected a small beverage issue. He was quick to help and did so smiling and caring about his work and employer. Great work ethic, sir!

I brought my Hockey team of 20 15yr olds in year after a long weekend. Food and service was exactly what we expected out of a Chik-Fil-A. What I didn’t expect was the exceptional interest the management team and their staff showed towards my team. They were welcoming and asked a lot about us. Not all establishments welcome a large group walking in out of the blue, the acceptance was much appreciated.

The restaurant was immaculate and the staff was super friendly. There was a long line at drive through but no line inside I had classic chicken and waffle fries. Chicken was awesome perfectly crispy but sadly the fries were not. I missed my usually crispy fries.

Place is usually great, ordered 30 pc grilled nugget meal, didn’t realize until we got home we received breaded type. Daughter won’t eat them. Noticed they didn’t have employees outside taking orders and instead ordered through the drive through speaker, not sure if that contributed. Place is usually great, just an unfortunate mistake.

Really disappointed. I placed an online order at 9:50 PM and it was accepted. I arrived at 9:59 PM to pick it up, and the staff told me they hadn’t prepared it and wouldn’t make it, with no clear explanation. I was still charged, and I drove about 30 minutes round trip for nothing. If it’s too late to fulfill an order, cancel/refund it immediately or don’t allow it to be placed.

EDIT:
After my review, a person from marketing team reached out and connected me with the manager, Jeff. He was very apologetic, took the issue seriously, and made it right with rewards for the inconvenience. It took a bit of time, but his follow-through and professionalism outweighed the original experience. Excellent customer service – I’ll be back and would recommend.

I went once and it was the best Chick-fil-A I’ve had. I went again and it matched my first visit. My third visit showed the same. I’m new to the area but this place will be my go to whenever I’m craving Chick-fil-A.
