Im not from this area and only came around for my friend’s appointment in cooper because she’s pregnant. They are ignoring customers at the front and acting rudely to them. We bought breakfast and ate in the parking lot before eating my friend and I used the bathroom. We had to ask them to open the bathrooms and who I believe may be the manager due to wearing an all red shirt. He pushed two bottoms and didn’t say a word and then rudely said it’s opened. After being done eating my friend who is pregnant has to go to the bathroom again. We go inside and the lady said only because my friend is pregnant that we can use the bathroom because we aren’t customers. We said we just bought food and that we weren’t aware that we couldn’t use the bathroom unless we were customers. They’re rude in the intercom and to walk in customers. Horrible

These people are horrible with there don’t care nasty attitudes !! You walk in and sometimes it smells like the sewer!!

Ordered a burger had no onions and no ketchup 1 pickle!! Cmon now they are very lazy they can’t even get a simple burger right!!
Corporate people why/how are you letting your workers run this place like this ? it’s disgusting!!

It’s the first time I’ve entered a food place and from the entrance it rains urine. But it’s only until you get to the cash register that the smell of marijuana hits you. Maybe that’s why there is so much Joy, that same joy that you have inside the kitchen, you should have outside cleaning the area where people eat. Believe me, my hunger has gone away. Here I go again. Giving this particular store a chance and just like that they end up topping the first F up. Service is awful, food going out is horrible. Ordered a doordash and when I received my food, had to go in my car and confront store manager of the quality of food they are preparing. Manager didn’t even look at the food I was questioning, looked like she already knew about it, and instead of trashing it,she handed it over to the cook in the back. I wonder if they just reheated the food and pass it along to someone else. I’ve been in management all my life and this type of behavior tops the cake. Hopefully, GM if they care can get this childish store under control. Don’t know why is still opened. Gave it 1 star because you have to choose something, but I give it a -100 stars.

I placed a mobile app order and went through the drive-thru. I was told to wait in the front, but when my food was given, half the order was missing. I went inside, and it took an additional 30 minutes to receive the rest of my order. They were rude, and when they made the mistakes, I kept showing them my receipt. I will never go to this location again. Also, the fries went cold while we waited for almost 50 minutes with the kids in the car.

Pretty sure it was the manager who was so kind & helpful to me. I would NEVER have stopped there had I not been forced to to get off the toll b/c they no longer take your info so you can pay online if you don’t have dirty notes to hand over . (Anywho I digress.) I ordered steak egg and cheese bagel combo. It kind of sucked. There was more gristle and fat than actual edible meat. . . however the hash brown was fried perfectly. Regardless, I was surprised at how clean the restaurant was both inside and out. That manager had her team working hard & it was obvious she was on top of the small details too. This store has the whole premiere, kind of “new system” for ordering and picking up your food; that was kind of cool and like I said the manager was really really nice & helped me find my way out of that derelict city of Camden. Though I hope NEVER to have to return, if I found myself lost in Camden again, I would definitely go there over any other option close by!!!

I asked them a question about my mobile order. One of the girls packing the food just rude alll LIKEE WHATCHUYY MEAN. YOU ORDERED ON the phone . I told them my name and girl rolled her eyes. lol gotta pray for these girls. Can’t ask nobody no questions. Can’t say nothing. They literally huff and puff for any little thing. Ask the cashier a question ohhh you gotta talk to the people in the kitchen. Like ain’t that your job? I worked at McDonald’s before never was so rude or unprofessional in my life. Now if you don’t like dealing with people go work in a warehouse. Pray those girls have a better day. Becaiseee lord were they miserable.

I placed a mobile order for a Steak and Biscuit, a Bagel Steak and Egg sandwich, two hash browns, and two large orange juices. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that both sandwiches contained sausage instead of steak. As a Muslim, I am unable to consume pork products. Unfortunately, I had already traveled some distance and was unable to return to have the order replaced, and I don’t live anywhere near the location to return for a resolution but I did make them aware of the mistake, I spoke to Monica who claimed to be the Manager of the establishment. The vibe given was it was an inconvenience for them that I called to complain, although she did ask me to return to resolve the issue as I stated I don’t live anywhere near the establishment. Please check your order before pulling out of the drive thru or living this facility ‍♂️

I really mean it — people who work in customer service shouldn’t do it if they hate dealing with people. I always buy from this place and always end up upset. I know it’s my fault for coming back when the staff at this location is horrible, but I keep coming because it’s close to my house and I just want to save seven more minutes.

Please, the drive-thru staff should be replaced, and the front counter team as well. They’re rude, and they always give me the soggiest fries. The burgers come out almost without lettuce, sauce, or anything , not even ketchup. Seriously, change your staff or at least improve the quality of their work.

For context, I also work in a restaurant, and I know very well that besides the food, the most important thing is treating customers with kindness ,especially when they’re being polite and respectful.
