Stopped here on the way back from Maryland. Plenty of friendly employees. Quickly seated and ordered our brunch. Sandra was polite and professional. We have not been to IHop in several years. Will definitely be going back.

Upon arrival, the restaurant appeared quite busy with around 30 guests waiting, which initially felt overwhelming. However, the host assured us the wait would be brief, and within a minute we were seated with our party of five. Our server was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and respectful, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent — I particularly enjoyed the pancakes (I had seven and loved every bite), while the smoothies were refreshing and the burrito was flavorful and satisfying. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend visiting this location.

I took my 4 kids for a late dinner. We waited 5 minutes to be seated only 2 tables were eating. When we got to our booth we sat for 20 minutes with no service. Not even water. 3 staff members were in the front. Still no service. When we left and I expressed that 20 minutes was too long to not even be acknowledged and provided some drinks. They didn’t even acknowledged that. They clearly didn’t care. This is the 1st time going to IHOP that I sit with no service. I wouldn’t return to this one.

I’ve ordered this breakfast before, and I can’t believe how unprofessional the kitchen staff is. The ham was burnt, the potatoes were just mush and tasted stale, and not to mention the eggs weren’t even cooked the way I asked. Don’t make people waste their money on your negligence. If you don’t want to do your job properly, find another job.

Ms. Sandra made our breakfast pure joy. Attentive, charming, and so kind. Ms. Sandra and the team had our food out quick and hot, and frequently checked on us throughout the meal. In-between passes she stopped to talk and get to know her tables on a personal level that made you as a customer feel welcomed and appreciated. I cannot wait to come back to see Ms. Sandra and the iHop Woodbridge team again for breakfast!

My wife and I had breakfast here yesterday. This location seemed to be very well run. The staff was very attentive and the food was great. It tasted exactly like our memories of IHOP. Our portions were large and quite filling. The only downside was a person going from table to table who apparently worked there trying to get you to donate to various causes. It seems to be excessive at places.We donate our money to very worthy causes that we choose careful.

This was probably the worst of the experiences I’ve had. It has always been somewhat chaotic but this was probably the worst. My food was not ready at the time they said, but it was busy, which is understandable. But when I called and was in the line for curbside the person was rude and short, which wasn’t necessary but they were busy. Next, I was told to go to a certain spot which I did. A person came up and told me that my order was not ready although it was past the time it was supposed to be ready. Once again, it was busy. When she came out and handed me the food, I thought I smelled burnt but I wasn’t sure. I guessed right. The pancakes and the turkey bacon were overcooked and visably burnt in places. Overcooked pancakes do not taste good. Not a great treat on my day off.
