This place was so delicious! We came on a weekday morning and it was easy to find a table and service was quick. The food was delicious. Homemade gravy and you can tell it was made with love. We really enjoyed it and we know for sure we want to come back with the entire family. I got the country fried steak and the breading was light and crispy. My husband got the cornbeef hash Benedict and enjoyed it. We really recommend it- we just moved to the area and we think we found our new breakfast spot. They also have lunch options that we plan to explore at a later date

The food was great! Waitress Sue was amazing, she knew exactly how to communicate with us as my husband and I are deaf. We enjoyed looking at variety of locally made artwork and items thats for sale there. They even had games that we could play if we wanted to. We will definitely return to eat there again! Thanks so much Waystone for a wonderful dining experience!

Great breakfast/lunch stop right off 390. I’ve enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and the grilled chicken wrap. The meals are filling and flavorful, and the people that work there are very kind and easy-going. They’ve got classic comfort food, as well as some creative original dishes to try.

It’s a 25 minute drive, but worth it for me! Consistently excellent food and service. The eggs benedict, breakfast sandwich, coffee….delicious! Make sure to ask what the specials are (fruity pebble pancakes) or if they have any ‘breakfast appetizers’ (they can cut a banana nut or blueberry muffin in half, grill with it butter, and serve it with a side of cinnamony-buttery maple syrup to dip it in. They are quick with coffee refills, food comes out quickly and is HOT. It’s on my rotation for breakfast, 1-2x/month.

Excellent breakfast! Everything is fresh. Sausage gravy is homemade, corned beef hash is homemade. Pancakes were nice and fluffy, good flavor and texture. Over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Waitress was friendly. Service was fast. I’ll definitely be back.

Today’s Breakfast Review took us to East Avon to the Waystone Restaurant and Trading Post. Opened under new management in April, Waitress Brooke and owner Chris were super friendly and interesting to talk with. The counter was clean and the service was fantastic. The menu has some breakfast twists for this area, I enjoyed the Breakfast Plate: Eggs, Chorizo, potatoes, black beans, onions, cheddar and pico. It was huge but delicious. Ken had Fosters French Toast made with banana bread and a carmalized banana sauce. Stephie had the Eggs Benedict and we ALL had the homemade corned beef hash. As always Ken paid for the next Veteran’s breakfast. Portions were big and prices were fair. Stop into the Waystone for a super friendly breakfast

First visit today for breakfast. We ordered a short stack of chocolate chip pancakes with maple syrup and a breakfast sandwich with home fries. We were able to customize both orders and everything was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Great vibes, good portions, amazing food, can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!

The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered. I have severe allergies and the kitchen staff were very willing to work with me to make sure I could eat safely. Reasonable prices given the excellent quality of the food. Highly recommend.

MUST STOP HERE! ❤️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We love to support local restaurants when traveling & ran across this place otw to the ROC airport. Food, service, & friendly locals were top notch! Split the banana fosters french toast & breakfast burrito with hubs & they were both INCREDIBLE! I travel a lot & frequent these items…both are the best I’ve ever had! Huge props to the chef! Cute decor, art, & snacks for sale to support the community as well. We will be back on our next trip thru town.

Small diner doing its own amazing things!!! Has a lot of homemade dishes on the menu
But one dish

This sausage gravy with biscuits
HANDS DOWN brought me back as a child when I
would wake on a weekend. Dad cooking at the stove cast iron pan in hands grinding up that sausage to make our own sausage gravy. 100/10 brought me back.

I felt like that one seen in ratatouille when the food critic ate that first bite of the ratatouille. And it sent
him back to his childhood!
I have tried other items on the menu and great
things. I tend to get grits every time l’m here.

MAKE THIS A STOP IN FOR YOURSELF PLEASE
