Menù tipicamente MUGELLANO incentrato sui tortelli di patate e ravioli ricotta e spinaci fatti a mano, freschi sul momento e chiusi a mano uno per uno pochi minuti prima della cottura. This is the best restaurant of the entire region (and I’ve tried quite a few). The tortelli are simply SPECTACULAR. Try them with the boarg ragú. My favourites were the spinach and ricotta ravioli, with burro e salvia (butter and salvia). The meat… oh, what can I say.. mouthwatering, the softest tender meat I’ve tried in the region.
We also tried the breakfast. The most creamy coffees and they have lactose free options!! Well done!

Simple down to earth local cuisine.

A lovely #Italian food getaway in the middle of Tuscany. Their Ravioli are sublime, with their specialty being potato ravioli covered in boar ragu. If you love Italian food this is definitely a place to visit. They also have giant tuscan steaks that can be shared by up to 3 people. Definitely a place for meat lovers, but especially lovers of great food.
