First time here! We had Patrick and I can’t recommend him more highly! One of the best servers we’ve had! As a former waitress I was very impressed with his professional mannerism. I’m currently in my first trimester and he was so incredibly kind and patient and accommodating with my requests! Will definitely be back to see him!

Meal was just poorly made. I had the beef tips and they came out way over cooked, cold and so small! Like beef pieces. Jessica, my bartender, didn’t even notice or ask if my meal was ok. Also I ordered the peppercorn sauce and got gravy. No change was offered.
I’d would recommend the Filet Medallions for only a few dollars more. Much better deal and they won’t mess it up.

The lady sitting you and taking waiting, Devin? (Caucasian female with glasses)I don’t remember her name. But she is probably about the rudest person in that building and this is not the first time she has been like this. For context we go here often because my kids love it.
She tells us it’s a 10-15 min wait. So we sit down there in the restaurant waiting area. She waits like 5 mins to say that we need to go out between the 2 sets of doors. Mind you we have a 1 year old and it’s freezing out there and the doors are constantly opening. We tell her that we cannot sit out there with the baby like that. And that the sitting area out by the PX is full of people and the people are putting the chairs up since it’s like 715pm. We told her that why can’t we sit there and she said it’s for people on deck yet no one is there and there are so many tables open. She said she notified people to come so I waited and no one came. So she was just being rude and inconsiderate. I asked for the manager and she said no manager was available lol. Yeah ok.
We ended up leaving because of this and so did other families because they were told 15 or so mins and they were waiting for 45 mins plus. Even though there were so many tables open and cleaned.
Everything else is usually good there but this lady is horrible. Doesn’t represent the community and reputation of this establishment.
We left and went to Andale where they actually care about people and don’t just put them in the cold or leave them out there hanging waiting 45 mins. We drove 12 mins away. Waited 8 mins to be seated. Got our drinks. And got our food before they even messaged me saying to come to the desk to be seated… Mind you, by this time it was almost 820.. they need to fix this ASAP.
Can’t say you don’t have enough people to work, there are plenty of spouses submitting applications and don’t hear anything from you…

We had to wait about 35 minutes for two tables for our party of 10. However, food and atmosphere were great. We celebrated two birthdays in our group and the host was happy to do it. The staff was friendly and attentive.

So we went to roadhouse tonight for dinner and I ordered an 11 Oz Sirloin to share with the kiddos and they brought it out. It was a super thick steak and I cut into it and it was rare and I asked for medium well. Anyway he takes it back, and 20 mins later a lady comes out with another steak and im confused because it was a different steak not even half the size of the other one. But im like whatever, and the waiter came over and i was like im not trying to be that person, but this does not look like an 11 oz. And hes like ill talk to my manager, but i cant say it looks smaller. Im like okay, its not that big of a deal, but id like my 26 dollars worth Lol. At this point im like im tired and wanted to go, and he talked to his manager and they gave us a 10 dollar discount and we packed up this tiny steak to go. We get home and We weighed it. It was 4oz it was suppose to be 11 the 6oz was cheaper than what we paid for this 4 oz. So now im low key annoyed and the reason im writing this review.

The server kept our drinks coming with out us having to ask for refills. I really appreciated that. Our food was served hot and in record time despite the place being busy. The dinner rolls with the seasoned butter were so delicious. Had to ask for extra. Will be back for more. Enjoy!!

So tired of ordering take out for our soldier only to have items missing. The burger was completely disassembled in multiple boxes. No butter for the rolls. Last order his dessert was missing for his birthday. Its 4pm on a Thursday. I’d hate to see how awful it gets during dinner hours on a weekend.
