**ATTENTION LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT ** These people is stealing money. I went it for a sub. The one employee was at the cash register with his head down on his phone. I waited a few minutes to see if he will realize I was there. When he didn’t say anything I said hello. He looked at me put his phone away and didn’t say hello back, and proceeded to walk toward the beginning of the sandwich making area. He had a very dry and unwelcoming personality. After my sub was completed I than walked to cash register to pay. He rung my order up and I went to put in my phone number for my rewards and it quickly skipped all that and went to the total. I said wow ok. I didn’t say anything because of how his attitude was and just wanted to get my sub and leave. After I paid for my order and walked out I looked at my receipt. The receipt says eat in which this is a subway substation that’s inside of a gas station with no option to eat in. What really caught my attention is that is says I Tipped him. Mind you when he rung everything up it skipped everything and went to the total. I can see everything flashing by as it stopped at the total might I add. It wouldn’t even allow me to put my number in. When I noticed this I went back in to ask him about this. He act like he don’t know what could have happened so I got a full refund and I am all set on subways. Especially if they stealing money off the top. If he was a little bit nicer, welcoming, and had better customer service skills I wouldn’t have minded the tip and would have went on my way.

This subway is in a gas station. Ordered pick up around 12pm. American club and baja chicken. Food was finished before stated pick up time. There was a line. Had to wait in the line to pickup my pre-ordered food. Only 2 staff members were helping thr customers. Staff was pleasant. Food was as expected. No pick up shelf to speed up the process. No issues otherwise.

Food was good and of the same quality as most Subway franchises. The service staff was polite and helpful. The environment is not ideal. Located inside a gas station which is typically packed with people. Not easy to get in and out by vehicle. Often people beg for change outside the building and sometimes can be quite aggressive. Easy location for a sandwich if you work just a few blocks away.
