this location is one of the worst ones I’ve gone to. I went a couple of weeks ago and I ordered on the app for pickup. When i get there, the girl at the drive thru lets me know half of the items I ordered weren’t available. She let me know to request a refund on the app which I did about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. This picture is from today. The fries look old definitely not serving fresh food.

Even when it’s dead
They don’t start orders right away,
Got here for a DoorDash order and they didn’t start the order until 15 min after my arrival,
Only 2 people ahead of me and they looked like they waited for years to get their orders.
When I’ve ordered here, orders are always long waits
Always having to wait in the front,
Staff is rude and obviously don’t want to be here
I don’t know why this store puts effort in to even existing,
It sucks, maybe one day they can get it together but not now for the last 3 months, service is terrible!

Of course it’s not top of the notch restaurant quality food but it’s good! Fresh hot and the service is what led me to make this review, the woman working tonight deserves a raise!! She works hard every night working midnight shift with a smile on her face and a positive attitude, genuinely I hope that she prospers to a place that will pay her her worth , I greatly appreciate her service each night I come, shout out to her!!

My recent visit to Jack in the Box was an absolute letdown and one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. I specifically asked the cashier to ensure my order was made fresh, stating clearly that I was happy to wait for it. The cashier acknowledged my request and even told me it would take about 7 to 10 minutes to prepare my food fresh. With no other cars in the drive-thru, I figured this would be no problem. However, what I received was utterly disgusting—food that was clearly not fresh, tasting stale and like it had been sitting out for ages. It’s infuriating that my explicit request, which the cashier confirmed and set a clear timeline for, was completely ignored. This wasn’t just a minor oversight; it felt like a total disregard for my order and patience. This experience ruined my meal and left me with zero confidence in this location. I expect far better service and food quality, especially when my request was acknowledged with a specific wait time.
Sadly, you can’t even go back to get them to redo it, as there’s a real concern they might mess with your food.

It is Sunday December 8 , stopped at Jack for some jumbo jacks and fries and omg they’re horrible I will not have my kids eat this trash! Hamburgers were smashed , patties were outside halfway out of the bun and cold, old meat, it had a whole chunk of lettuce, Plus fries were cooked in old dark oil and they’re half way filled! Also one of the jumbo jacks had the onion outer shell !! This is crazy! And upsetting! Don’t want food poisoning! Last time I go to this location! This location needs to close down if they don’t fix this big issues!
First time trying Jack’s boba and it is horrible! It is as hard as a rock! Someone can literally choke on this boba! Dangerous to eat this! They need to discontinue or fix that issue!

Don’t order here! I did an order for delivery. I never got it, tried calling them to ask for a refund but they never picked up. I called them eight times! If I could, I would put zero stars horrible DON’T ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA LOSE MONEY!

I walked in and walked up to the counter, the manager asked the cashier if she wanted to attend me, cashier replied no and they laughed about it, just left me standing there. They had no customers inside and one car at the drive thru window. Was I mistaken for a homeless guy or something? Like what the heck happened here?

I am so upset . First of all I placed my order online because usually when I just pull up I end up sitting on the side waiting 10 mins for them to bring my food out. Lo and behold I walked in for my order , it said it was ready at 10:41 no one even acknowledged my presence until 10:55 . They just walked around socializing with eachother and even assisted other people that walked in after me. To top that off all of my food was cold and poorly prepared . Needless to say JUST COOK AT HOME

First we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru we had to wait 23 minutes for our food we tasted our soda it was straight carbonation no soda we had to change it out for something we don’t drink when we got our order we asked for two curly fries we got one the young man that brought out our food took over 20 minutes other people got their food first he had curly hair he did not apologize did not care that our order was wrong walked he away this isn’t customer service I won’t be coming back McDonald’s is better
