Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, the portions were extremely small, and the food looked like scraps. I asked for extra chicken, was charged for it, but was given barely a quarter of a scoop. The restaurant was also dirty and poorly maintained. Very disappointing.

Me and my girlfriend go in for an order. The guy in front of us gets five bows and request white rice. The worker only put two white rice in two other three bowls. We were also getting white rice, so I asked a worker if they were at a white rice. The cook in the back behind the worker said we got you on white rice but because the guy in front of us was Hispanic he wasn’t aware that he just got played on three bowls and only got two white rice and three brown rice all because the workers didn’t want to fill the white rice bow up. When the worker said that they didn’t have any more white rice we decided we were going to leave and that’s when the cook in the background said we have white rice and a quiet manner so the Hispanic guy in front of us couldn’t hear it although he probably didn’t know English anyway. When we started to make our food the lady sprinkled chicken crumbs on my girlfriend’s bow l, I simply asked her for a little bit more chicken because the chicken that was on the bowl was burnt and it was crummy. The worker then put a little bit more chicken on the bow and then when we get up to the front the worker said charge for double chicken on both bowl. This restaurant does not care about their jobs nor the customers. It is always something with this place. I go to this restaurant a lot because I really like the store manager she is Nice. However I just think that the company gets way too many employees coming and going and they are not aware on how a bowl should be properly made. One day I will go there and get what I consider is fair The next day I would go there and get what I consider dog food. This place is a coin toss and it always lands on the side that you don’t want. One of the Worst Chipotle Locations I’ve Ever Been To
I travel frequently for work and often eat at Chipotle across the country, but this location was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The food station was absolutely filthy — spilled food everywhere, cross-contamination between ingredients, and no sense of hygiene or care.
The staff was unprofessional and inattentive. One employee was on their phone while working, and another was literally chewing food while serving customers. Completely unacceptable.
Portions were wildly inconsistent. I witnessed the person in front of me (who happened to share the same ethnic background as the staff) receive an overflowing bowl without even asking for more. Meanwhile, my serving was noticeably smaller, as if I was getting the bottom-of-the-barrel scraps. It honestly felt like there was some sort of social or ethnic favoritism happening, and that is not only unfair — it’s disturbing.
Overall, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This experience was not just disappointing, it was borderline discriminatory. I expect better from a brand like Chipotle.

This location should be renamed “Hoodotle”. This place is disgusting. The glass window on the front counter is so dirty you can’t even see through the glass. Flys are circling every corner of the restaurant. Their grill area is always a mess overstocked with pans and the front table where they make everything is always dirty with leftover spilled food all over it. Even the parking lot is filled with trash and you can just tell nobody that works here cares. This place used to be pristine in the mid 2000s. It’s a shame what it’s turned into.

This is a terrible restaurant. I had to wait half an hour for my food, which I refused. When they tried to charge me, how is it possible that they start playing with the food right in front of you, mixing it up like it’s a kindergarten where they have to play with the food so you’ll buy it? My stomach could do that! I don’t understand why they’re such awful workers, why they’re so slow. If they can’t handle the job, they should just hire more people. It’s really frustrating to see this, always a long line waiting and then see so many people leave without their food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to eat at EVER. The workers make it even worse. So I went in with my boyfriend and two kids spent almost 60 dollars. I ask for no rice she gave me rice and said thats how we make our bowels here you have to get rice. Then I ask for extra meat she gave one spoon and then added literally two small extra pieces of chicken in the bowel and charged me for extra chicken. I ask for corn salsa cheese and lettuce and she goes on to add spur cream in my bowel which I cant eat either. She refused to remake my bowel and threw my bowel on the counter and ask me to leave and stop being so rude and picky

Not sure what the deal is at this particular location but service is HORRIBLE! Employees eating at the register, eye rolls, and just very unfriendly overall. We were made too feel as if we were creating/causing a major inconvenience too the staff. We did not request any “extra” or odd order combinations that may have possibly warranted a sigh etc. If rating a negative start was a thing I would certainly have given one. My family and I will NEVER visit this particular location again.

Spent $26 on a burrito bowl with extra chicken, chips and guacamole. There was less than the normal amount of chicken (and it was burnt to a crisp) and a teaspoon of cheese…and my large guacamole was half filled…I wish I was exaggerating, but see the pics update: they left a link that goes nowhere to contact them

I seriously don’t know whats going on with this company. This the 2nd one I’ve tried in 2 days that has been problematic.
This location was at Glenway Crossing.
1.) SLOW : I showed up 10 minutes AFTER my quoted time for pick up and they hadn’t even started my order yet.
2.) They were out a MAIN topping, fajitas. I’m a vegetarian so that’s a big deal. I don’t eat the tofu mess so without fajitas my burrito is just rice guacamole (not even extra) and salsa.
3.) It was 2 managers were on the line. they PURPOSELY made my order WITHOUT fajitas. And wasnt gonna say a word. I was there so I caught them. Their excuse was they were out of fajitas all day and they had no time to make any. They blamed the general manager. Took no responsibility.
That is lazy.
That is trash.
I ordered online. Because I had my kid and needed this to be fast. It was an extra 30 minutes.
So they were slow making the order, they made it wrong, they refused to fix it and they refused to offer any alternatives.
THESE WERE MANAGERS! Such a joke… im pretty done with Chipotle.

The absolute worst Chipotle in Cincinnati. Look at the size of this bowl. I left and told them to keep the food. When I mentioned the portion sizes the manager lady and all the crew members ganged up on me and started talking crazy. This is the only chipotle I’ve been to with this level of service.
