Great pizza options and their fried chicken was phenomenal. Pepsi products. Love that you can special order pizzas too. Great option for buffet that ain’t Chinese!!

The lady helping us when we paid was very kind and during our time at the restaurant she was clearing tables. She was definitely the most outgoing part of the team.
The dishes were some clean and others not so much. The bathroom was just okay, not the cleanest or dirtiest I have ever used. The walls of the restaurant by the tables could have used some cleaning as you could see soda stains.
When we arrived the ice cream machine was not working. I was there with a 90 year old family member and we both love our ice cream. We were there for about an hour and just before we had walked out the door they started ice cream machine back up. I asked the gentleman working if we could have some to take with us and he said if we purchased a cup, even though we had just eaten and were heading out the door. I understand that the store has costs for the cups, but the machine was not functioning while we were there. I had to get my family member going and doing what we came to Grand Rapids for.
There should be options to choose from for rewards as I have been given rewards for free kids buffets, the only issue with this is that my child is an adult. More and more people don’t have children or don’t always take them along.
The worst part is this is the 3rd time I have gone and the machine was down.

If I could give this 0 starts I would. We visit here often. My daughter loves the buffet and we can’t find any anymore. So we love it here. But this experience changed the frequency of our visits to NEVER again. It is 24 degrees outside, there is NO heat inside of the building. We didn’t realize just how cold until AFTER we paid. They didn’t let us know, nothing. Then, as we were trying to find a table, we couldn’t. There was food stacked high on tables, dirty plates, disgusting floors. We couldn’t even find a clean table to sit at. Then when we went to the Buffett to get our food, the peas were slimy, the pasta dry and crispy, the desert pizza table was filthy. The bathrooms had overflowing trash, and feces on the toilet seat. I was appalled. They ended up coming to clean up a few tables but that was the it of it. Waited super long for fresh desert pizza, all while we were freezing but trying to get $50 worth of our food! This was a despicable experience. When going to inform a team member of the tables, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the front counter. Everyone in the kitchen playing around and nobody out checking the dining room and the food on the buffet.
This place has gone down hill. It’s terribly sad as this restaurant came highly recommended by us in the past. I’m disgusted.

We went here for the wing night last night. Unfortunately, it seemed like wings were what the focus was and not the pizza. To make it even worse, the wings were always cold even right after they added new ones. The workers were rarely adding more pizza to the buffet when it was running out, and never added anymore cheese sticks the entire time we were there. I was able to get one cheese stick, but my sister did not get any and they never put more on the buffet. The chicken tenders and hot honey dipping sauce were good. There was a lot of things broken at this location too. The ice cream machine was not working and one of the beverage machines was also broken. They also ask for a tip before when you pay before sitting down. What exactly am I tipping for when nobody clears your table?! We had to take our own used plates to a bussing station, nobody picks up your plates for you. This place is honestly not worth the price. Almost $80 for cold food, not enough pizza at PIZZA ranch, broken ice cream machine, and terrible service. Do not waste your money here.

Had an awful experience at Pizza Ranch $40 for 2 adults to have lunch. The ice cream machine was broken the pizza selection was sad. 3-4 options and only 1-3 slices available of each flavor. Ariana was very nice and helpful but it appeared she was working there alone and had little to no help balancing tables and the front she is overworked and I’m sure underpaid. We left the restaurant feeling very disappointed eating very little due to the awful quality of the food we paid so much for.

We absolutely loved this week’s experience at Pizza Ranch. Everything was so clean, the staff was very friendly and the pizza was hot and offered so many great varieties. We unknowingly came on wing night and that was an added bonus. The fries were especially a favorite at our table – so crispy! I loved the salad bar as well, which was well stocked with fresh options. The assistant manager served us our personalized pizza and checked on us several times. I also saw the staff continually bussing tables and attending to the buffet area. Our only disappointment was the Pepsi products rather than Coke because we’re diehard Coca Cola fans here. But overall such a fun night and treat for an out of town guest who told us repeatedly how much she enjoyed it.

There isn’t anything you could do more to improve the buffet. Food’s always hot and fresh. Variety of foods are incredible . Atmosphere is awesome . Always clean. All employees have been trained well. They’re all very accommodating. We enjoy the best buffet. Each time we have visited the Pizza Ranch we can say everything is always outstanding. The manager is the best.

The food couldn’t be any better. Chicken is the absolute best!! We are there often and every employee is the best. Manager is outstanding she’s so friendly and accommodating . There isn’t another restaurant that suites all ages like Pizza Ranch.son and daughter in law had our granddaughter 13th birthday party in a separate room. She said it was the best birthday she’s ever had. Keep up the great work and kudos to all the cooks they do a fantastic job and always make sure the buffet dishes are always hot and fresh.

Went there for their Lent fish promotion, the fish was not good, heavily breaded and tasteless, was definitely a cheap frozen fish. Could have easily gone to a local grocery store and purchased cheap frozen fish. Also, why is the ice cream machine not working? Ask for a price adjustment for the machine not working, the employee says we should have asked prior to paying. What? Deceptive advertising, don’t waste your time.
