I can NEVER come to this “fast food” restaurant and it ever be fast at all. If you want hot, fresh, crispy, salty fries…you won’t get them here so be prepared for that. If you customize your order, make sure they read it back to you and understand you actually want it the way you order. If I could sue this McDonalds I would’ve a long time ago. You will luck up and get fresh food if the young guy manager is working, but other than that…don’t hold your breath. They all owe me a fade fr because the food is nasty and the attitudes even nastier smh!

This store is a joke, not once have I ordered here and not had some sort of issue with the service.
You order something with no mayo, no lettuce? It’ll have both.
You ordered a burger and a sandwich? Best bet one is missing.
Large fry? Yeah, we use a medium fry to portion the large fry.
You asked for sauce? Nahhhh, we don’t got any sauce here.

Almost half my order was missing AGAIN! Can these employees not count? Is the job that hard?? Plus no straws, no napkins, no ranch cup. Every location in Hinesville ALWAYS has missing items from our order. Every single time. How are these locations even making money? Every time we order we get half our order refunded because every damn time more than one item is missing. Everytime with out fail. We can’t be the only ones this happens to every damn time we order. These is zero accountability for any of these locations in hinesville and should have new mgmt. Till then we’re done. There are better options to order from than to have this hassle every damn time.

Drive through failed again the only thing hot was the hash browns. Both of my mcgriddels were cold but I didn’t find out till I was gone. The person at the windows was less then nice. I won’t be back to this one.

Thank you to all the staff at this location. But to be truly honest there was one employee that made my experience 10 out of 10 from the moment I walked in with four screaming kids tell we left. This man named Manny who held the door open for my children and I. I want to show true appreciation for. During the whole time he was respectful, and the cleanliness of the facility was top-notch. Thank you again!

Since moving to Southeast Georgia, I have come to expect slow and poor service at any McDonald’s, or any so-called fast food joint for that matter. I don’t know what it is about this part of the country, but customer service at fast restaurants is definitely very low on the list of qualities. With that expectation in mind, this here McDonald’s doesn’t disappoint. I had an appointment in Hinesville, and I wanted to get something for my drive back, which would normally take me about 25 minutes. I figured I’d stop at McDonald’s and get something quick… Yeah, quick. I don’t know why they call this stuff fast food anymore because it definitely is coming fast. My order was placed at 10:19 for curbside. I guess you could say it was a simple order; a chicken biscuit, a coffee, and a hash brown. After waiting until 10:47, I decided to just cancel and go. When I tried to cancel, the app told me it was too late to cancel because my order has been started. I should’ve eaten my order by that time, but anyways.. So I proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes and it did finally come out. The person bringing out the food was clearly very unhappy and didn’t even respond when I prompted a good morning. She handed me my stuff and left without saying a word and a grumpy look on her face. Like honestly, I probably wouldn’t be leaving a review right now if the person had said something like, “I’m sorry for the wait we are very busy” or would’ve greeted me with a happy good morning. But no, just a grumpy attitude and off she went.
So then, let’s focus on this food. The Biscuit was more than a bit hard and tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamp for an hour. The chicken was a piece of rubber. The hash brown and coffee were good, but in the amount of time that I waited, I could’ve been already at home and had fresh ground beans and made myself a quadruple shot latte of any flavor that I wanted. In the amount of time that I waited, I could’ve went to a waffle house down the street, got a full breakfast and probably an opportunity to toss hands at someone. In that amount of time, I probably could’ve went to a regular slow sit down restaurant and got a whole freaking meal. 33 minutes of my life that I will not get back. I am happy to say that this particular McDonald’s will not get one more minute of my time. I will be selfishly holding onto all my own time from now on. Thank you much McDonald’s!

For a date with my 3 year old goddaughter, Klohe it was perfect! The food was like it always is at McDonald’s, so no surprise. The place was very clean, including the play area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
