Came here on Valentine’s day ,
it wasn’t even super packed but I waited here for over an hour to get my food. On top of that the waitress we had was very rude and acted like we was bothering her. Took 30 mins just to get drinks , very bad experience … do not waste your time coming here

Clean establishment had a great server named Ty. She had red curly hair and she was very polite. She checked up on me and my mother constantly making sure we enjoyed all of our food, making sure that our drinks were filled and it was very exceptional service.

The HOESTESS with the synthetic ponytail, was very rude upon me and my Husbands arrival.
I didn’t even get the chance to sit down because she threw off the energy of the whole restaurant. We walked in expecting to be greeted as she was right in front of us, and instead of greeting us, she acted as if we was not standing there. She was playing with the menus for a good 2 minutes before acknowledging us.
When she finally said something, she looked up with disdain (I guess she heard my husband and I discussing when she would acknowledge us), and said “table for two” in a rude tone… without saying hello. If I were the servers I would want her fired, as I’m sure she making people turn around. Missed money for them.

We have not gone to a Applebees for years. We thought we try it and check it out. Worst experience I’ve had for a restaurant. Service was beyond bad, we sat at the bar and ordered appetizers. Bar was dirty and bartender was bad. She left the bar for a good 10-15 minutes. Our food never came out and we left. We will NEVER go to a Applebees again !

Our server, Kristine or Kristy, was phenomenal. It was her first day on her own and she made sure my guys steak was cooked perfectly by the manager because he wanted it blue. The food was great, and she was on point with service.

If could give place no star at all I would, please don’t waste your time or money! We were a party of 4, 2 of four entree came out and we got the other two 45 minutes later, we ended up canceling those two orders. Now I see why the restaurant was mostly empty. The pooler location is much better

The only good thing about this experience was Victoria, the server. Even though we waited a little long for someone to come take our order. I figured this location may not have many servers. The food was not tasty and not fresh. The cook was staring my husband down in the restaurant towards the end like he wanted to fight him. It was really awkward and unnecessary. Maybe that’s why the food isn’t good. The cook is to busy thinking he is still in prison or something. Very weird experience.

The Applebee’s located at the Tanger Outlets has exceptional Service, Food, and the most friendly staff. This is a great lunch spot that’s well above a typical fast food restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken ceasar salad with extra chicken. I arrived at opening time (11a); no waiting. Excellent lunch spot!
