Food truck next to the Amy Surplus store. Staff was very nice. I ordered the Quezabirria, delicious. Had never tried one before. I order two but one was plenty for me. I know what I’m having for dinner now. l will definitely be returning when I visit Medford.

Ordered a chicken Torta especial. Was one of the best I’ve had. Tasted like homemade bread. Flavor and texture was amazing. Highly recommend to eat here! This could easily feed two people. Locally and family owned.

Brilliant tacos from a roadside (well, parking lot) taco truck. I ordered an al pastor, a carne asada, and a carnitas taco. The carnitas seemed like the real deal, whole hog experience instead of the usual simple pork shoulder. The carne asada was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the al pastor was standard fare. Tortillas were freshly made, which makes an enormous difference in the quality of the experience.

I Googled “taco truck”near me and this came up. (We were at Providence Hospital.) It wasn’t the closest truck, but we had plans to go over to Bend so it wasn’t out of the way by far. There were about five people already waiting and more were coming in as we pondered the menu.
We got 2 chicken tacos each. $10. Superb! So tasty. I asked for hot sauce and with the jalapeño it comes with, it was good just as it was. (I did add some sauce anyway.)
There is a very nice eating area that is covered. There are several tables under the stationary aluminum covering and a heater, too. They use large garbage cans which is a plus.
Service was friendly. It’s easy to get in to and out of. If you’re in need of anything at the Army-Navy Store, this is an added bonus. My husband went over and bought socks while I waited!

Absolutely delicious!!! The quesabirria was so flavorful, best birria I’ve had in a very long time. The horchata was fantastic! I’ll definitely be coming back, this is the best taco truck around!
