Huge shout-out to Citlalio, aka Lala — hands down the best waitress around. She’s incredibly attentive, always making sure your drink never gets below half before she’s there topping it off. When it’s one of our buddies’ birthdays, her singing voice and the way she gets the whole place involved in the Hooters birthday song makes the night unforgettable. She truly makes the place feel like a neighborhood gem, even if you’re just in town for a business trip.
Hooters at Chicago O’Hare is easily one of the best spots to grab wings when you’re traveling or just passing through. The wings are some of the best around — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and exactly what you want with an ice-cold beer after a long day. On top of that, their appetizers are top-tier. Whether you’re sharing with coworkers or just snacking solo, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the starter menu.
The cod fish sandwich is another standout — you’d honestly think they caught the fish fresh that same day. That’s how fresh and well-prepared it tastes.
What also really impresses is how unbelievably clean the place is. You’d swear Mr. Clean himself works there. The dining area, bar, and tables are always spotless, which makes the whole experience even better. Between the friendly staff, great food, and welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to grab a beer, enjoy amazing wings, and even meet a few locals while you’re in town.

Great experience at Hooters! They have a huge selection of draft beer, and everything was ice-cold and fresh. The buffalo shrimp are amazing, and the wings were perfect – crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Hooters and honestly had a really good time. It was one of those easy, no stress visits where everything just worked. The service was quick, which was much appreciated, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting around forever for food or drinks.
First off, the beer was properly cold, which is always a win. Exactly what you want after a long day. I went for the classic boneless wings, and they didn’t disappoint at all. The wings were hot, fresh, and nicely cooked, and the sauces were genuinely tasty. Plenty of flavour, not just heat for the sake of it. You can mix things up a bit and enjoy each one without getting bored halfway through.
Big shout out to Alexis, who really made the visit better. She was kind, upbeat, and had great positive energy from start to finish. Super friendly, checked in without hovering, and made sure everything came out spot on. You could tell she actually enjoys what she does, and that always makes a difference.
The overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming, nothing forced, just good food, cold drinks, and friendly service. It’s a solid place to unwind, have a laugh, and enjoy some wings without overthinking it.

Pleasantly surprised by this Hooters. Service was great — our server Xena was lovely, attentive, and made the visit enjoyable. The atmosphere wasn’t as tacky or over the top as I expected, it felt more like a casual sports bar.
Tried their naked wings (recommended by staff). They looked a little too plain at first but turned out to be really tasty. Drinks were decent, prices fair, and there’s plenty of free parking outside which makes it super convenient.

I love this place! The food is always ready in a small amount of time and the service is impeccable. The waitresses are always attentive and prompt with the service. I’ll just advice that if you have little kids, don’t bring them unless you’re going to pay attention to them. Having kids around strangers that are drinking can lead to issues.

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this Hooters location. The manager, Antonio, was shockingly unprofessional — instead of addressing a concern I had, he became visibly irritated and got rude with me, as if I was a burden rather than a customer. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership role.
To make matters worse, our waitress seemed totally disinterested in providing decent service. She kept scratching her scalp with her long acrylic nails (which is incredibly off-putting when you’re about to eat), and literally threw the plates on our table like she couldn’t care less.
The food was no better. The chicken wings were greasy, soggy, and cold — completely unappetizing and far from what you’d expect from a restaurant that claims to specialize in wings.
The whole experience felt chaotic, unhygienic, and honestly, like they just didn’t care. Antonio and the staff need serious training in professionalism, hygiene, and basic customer service.
I don’t leave many bad reviews, but this visit deserves it. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Not bad but not great either. Service wasn’t overly friendly and the building seemed like it had seen better days. The margarita was pretty small given its price! Fries were great and burger was fine, although I wish I got wings now. Wings seem to be what you get when you’re at a Hooters.

Bad service. Me and my friends didn’t feel welcomed at all. Staff didn’t even smile thru the whole time serve us. 18% tip is already too much. Shame. The wet wipes are stinky, server didn’t care at all, looking at me with “what do you want me to do?” face. Very bad experience.
