I ordered a simple grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings and a shake More order came out to be over $25 once I received my order it did not have cheese my milkshake was not even full and the chicken had been way overcooked three out of 10 for me

I love coming to this restaurant in Commerce because the service is really good, not to mention how delicious their food is! I was assisted by Ana. she was very attentive and professional. Best service in a very long time from any fast food. We ordered the bacon box, an amazing deal for 11.99! They gave us extra mustard packets, ketchup packets, and napkins. The food was so good, everything cooked to perfection Fries were hot and plenty, burger was stacked with veggies and just the right sauce. The drinks were properly carbonated and great ice to soda ratio. Thank you!

My wife and I have been coming to Farmer Boys couple of years and enjoying their meals for years. We love their salad because they use fresh and high-quality ingredients in their items. We also enjoy their burgers very much including their breakfast. We also like their zucchini sticks they big and comes on four zucchini sticks. The ways big way to save money get their coupon ad or get the app. The staff at Farmer Boys are very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and serving the customers.

It’s a great chain. Love the food. Has a nostalgic touch for me. But this location has a personal issue. Lady Rosa(156) can’t understand simple orders. Mostly because it was in English. Sorry but facts are facts… Also can’t scan for points but offers to give the receipt and then when I get the receipt it’s the wrong type because it has no bar code… I’m not working here. But I know it’s not hard. Buttons are color coated. Mostly the whole thing is on rails for these folks and yet they have to mess something up for …. Reasons… I think it’s to be noticed since they are usually unnoticed… Altho it’s for the wrong reason and on top of what was stated they got the order wrong… Most likely the last time I heard to this location if not here in General. Will be sticking to the local Arrys in Montebello. Staff is Hispanic as well but not incompetent or unwilling to work. They get the order straight there, don’t bother with App nonsense and is cheaper and about same quality if not better because the burger size and overall food portions are much larger for a lower dollar value. Now that’s local love. Sorry Farmer boys but I will remember the times we had.

I’ve gotta be honest the food here is always pretty good. However, I’ve come here once a week for the last 3 months and I don’t think a single time I’ve seen the urinal cleaned, or the bathroom at all for that matter. There is scum all over it. Also, the dining room is always dirty. Hardly any tables are ever wiped down and ready to go for customers walking in. Even when the restaurant is empty. Number one rule in the restaurant business is cleanliness and this place probably gets a 2 star on that. Please clean this place up! I can only imagine if you are this lazy to clean your restaurant what the kitchen/grills look like.

Today the last day of 2025, I order at the drive thru 2 ham breakfast burrito, and when I got home discovered that one was smaller than the other one, which I don’t appreciate it because I was charged the same for both. I feel disappointed, I hope it doesn’t happen to every customer.
