Super frustrated with this place, usually when I order inside and eat there the foods great but I did a order for delivery today and it was so bad that my dogs wouldn’t even eat it. That says a lot! And not just one meal, but two! This burger had so much sauce on it mayo and mustard and was missing the pepper jack on it. Or it was so messed up that u couldn’t even tell it was on it. The bun was completely mushy soaked cause of the sauces I couldn’t even pick the burger up. The lettice was drenched in it which also made it soggy. Also, my lovely cream soda was only filled 2/3 the way. i spent alot of money and expected a decent and edible meal but my meals weren’t even able to eat. The only thing I could stomach was the Mac and cheese and that was even ice cold. I’ll be calling corporate about this one. Way to go red Robin, isn’t your motto yummmmm, well I’d say your motto is yuckkkkk

I ordered from Uber eats got my meal and my mud pie that I ordered was an eighth of the size that they usually serve you in the restaurant. It also came completely melted. Also, I have ordered their shrimp and Fryes a couple of times now and both times they have forgotten the cocktail sauce, which is very frustrating because that’s the thing I like most to dip my shrimp in. I thought I would give them a second chance, but apparently they cannot get their orders together and are very incompetent. I will never order from them again. We just sad cause I usually really like their food but they obviously don’t care about customer service.

For quite a few years now Red Robin has been a great spot to go out for burgers and fries on a Friday night. And amazingly it’s not overcrowded.
My wife and I were able to enjoy a couple of burgers with bottomless fries. She is gluten free and she was able to get a gluten free burger. Their fries are awesome too and worth getting the bottomless option if you’re looking to fill up. We also ordered garlic and aioli sauce and tartar sauce, which did not disappoint!
We also liked the service as the lady was attentive but definitely not overbearing. I did like the payment system where you just pay up through a portable kiosk that sits on the table. Super convenient way to pay and get on the way.
I would recommend for you to try this place out if you haven’t been!

Overall it’s a 4/5 with the best things being the service and atmosphere. The food is eh, it’s good but not what I’m expecting for a GOURMET BURGER place. I’m expecting bigger flavors (not too odd hence why I got a bacon burger). The mozzarella twists were very good, the cheese was extra sharp but the breading was extremely soft. The service was nice, the waiter came to our table lots of times but I have not a clue what it’d be like during a rush. It was nice and clean and quiet when I went, would love to see what it’d be like during a rush though!

I’ve stopped by this place twice already, and each time the experience has been great! The staff are super friendly—especially Greg, who is both incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The burger was delicious, and the lemonade was fantastic too!

My husband and I had lunch here today. The food was super greasy. Very poor customer service as the pay machine was not working and the waitress at the bar stated what do you want me to do about it. She had a difficult time setting up payment to begin with then finally she said well let me go get someone.They are clearly in need of more wait staff and training.

Writing review because of a good deal and great service. Came there on a Tuesday for the $10 cheeseburger. Joel was a fantastic server, very attentive! Recommended the campfire sauce (which I didn’t know about) and it was bomb! I really enjoyed the food.

This location is definitely worth the stop! Everyone from hostess to waitress to the cook were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were sat right away and our waitress was an absolute pleasure. We had zero issues ordering (modified our food due to gluten intolerance) and everything came out perfectly. Overall – it was a great experience!

When we walked in, the restaurant was not busy, but we had to wait about 10 minutes before we were greeted. I was surprised to see the hostess was wearing a crop top.
We were seated and the waitress was very nice but it took a very long time for our food to come out. (We found out later that it was because they made our burger and it was given to a different table.) We were not told about this until the very end when we saw my meal on our bill twice, and we had to ask about it. That should have been removed immediately. There were no apologies and no explanations as to why our food was taking so long.
