I truly believe this is one of the best chic fil a i ever visited. It was extremely clean, organized, well lit, great atmosphere and fantastic staff! Big shout out to Lily and Linda! They made me feel welcomed ! The location wasn’t too busy , we came before noon and it was fast ! I had the chicken wrap and it was delicious.

I just had a disrespectful level of service at this chick-fil-a. When asked about the order taking 15 minutes, it has handled poorly with a team member saying “it’s actually 13 minutes.” Then a runner tried to quietly slide me a sandwich coupon rather than acknowledging the poor service.
Ultimately, it took more than 20 minutes to get our food after I having to pull forward for their convenience. Three meals and an extra chicken nuggets didn’t warrant the slow time especially when at at least 4 vehicles had arrived after me had received their orders prior to.
The overall experience was disappointing. They seemed more occupied with shutting down 40 minutes early rather than providing customer service.

They were pretty busy at lunch time but I still got my food quickly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich but I got a regular because I don’t think they heard me and I didn’t pay attention. Regardless it was very fresh and delicious.

Food was hot but the wait in the drive through is ridiculous long at this location.
*edit updating rating to a 3. The food and service here is inconsistent. Every other time I come my food is made incorrectly and today when I went I received a spoiled fruit cut. The strawberry was fussy and had mold growing on it. They did offer to replace it when I called but it is unacceptable to serve that in the first place.

I usually never have an issue. But lately, they have been slipping. I got a large drink but it was filled like as if it was a medium. You can clearly see a 2 inch gap from lid to drink. No sauce on or for the new pretzel sandwhich which was amazing. My sandwhich box was soaked but bun was fine. This was just the last time. I’d give them 5 stars all around otherwise.
