Just went through the drive-thru and got and unsweet tea. Look like water. There is hardly any color in it or anything. I asked them if they’re sweet tea was any darker cuz people drink tea for caffeine. Nope exactly the same. I get tea all the time for McDonald’s and have never had this experience. While getting me a different drink the Manager started being mean to the person helping me because she wasn’t moving through the drive-through fast enough. Who’s making dirty faces at her and at me. Are drive-thru time is the most important thing for you? Customer service mean nothing? Your penny pinching so bad you have to not make tea the proper way? How much do you think you’re saving every month by not making your tea properly? Probably saving close to $10 huh. I guess it’s worth it in exchange for customers choosing to go elsewhere.

Awfully long wait in the drive thru. The burgers appeared to be thrown together. We love McDonald’s but it’s getting too expensive to have such lack of caring by the employees.

I walked in here and it was strangers, workers were making out right each other at the tables, their family members were all here.
They were busy trying to read my order.
It took 5 people to figure out a hot drink and a cold drink.
Like I said this place is just very strange. Finally the lady sitting at the table w her family (manager) had to make my drink because no one else could figure it out.

Arrived a few minutes after 10:30am couldn’t order breakfast and when I order lunch, they tried giving me someone elses order and then have me pull up to a numbered parking stall to wait for 10mins while they get my order ready. Could have just served me breakfast and it would have been faster than this. ♂️

The manager was absolutely great , covered our meal after a very rude employee decided to tell us they don’t serve double cheeseburgers and to “move to the second window” because she didn’t “wanna deal with yall” lol glad we were faced with a knowledgeable & kind manager! But you run into the girl big eyelashes…. Good luck!

The worst chicken nuggets I have ever eaten. They tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. They were soggy and cold. When McDonalds used to be cheap, maybe I wouldn’t be so upset. But it was $14 for the meal. I was on the road so wasn’t going to drive back and ask them to remake. McDonald’s is usually consistent .Quality control was definitely not followed.

This restaurant is the worst restaurant here in Casa Grande! I ordered two ice coffees 20 minutes later went up to get the order to find out that they didn’t have the iced coffee flavored I wanted, so I waited another 15 minutes, went up to the counter to get the two ice coffees, to find out they still did not make them yet. This restaurant served everybody in the restaurant and those who arrived 20 minutes after I placed my order. I was tired that no one even bothered to make the iced coffees until I told them I just want a refund. I will never go to this Mc Donald’s again, the customer service is shocking. Avoid this Mc Donald’s like the plague at all costs.

McDonald’s on Florence Blvd. Messed up my order, again. Due to long waiting, I rushed to make it to my daughter’s school in time. To find out they gave me a chicken sandwich, instead of 10pc. Nuggs. 5 min, before Lunch started. I rushed to this McDonald’s to find the Drive Thru backed and inside with a long line.
That was when, an employee helped me use my Reward points. To order just the nuggets and she personally grabbed my order. I was in the restaurant no more than 3min. I was able to give my daughter her lunch 5mins. after her lunch started. Giving her enough time to eat!
My daughter struggles with gaining weight and needs to eat every couple of hours. Today, was one of the rare times I can make sure she eats a full lunch. Usually by the time she gets food. She only has a couple of minutes to eat before classes start again.
I truly appreciate the woman who helped me out

Always pull forward and park. Have to wait for food and then when it finally arrives of course the fries are droopy and soft. They “close out” the order so they can show corporate the are meeting “performance standards” as you wait 15 plus minutes! I miss getting your order at the window!

I’ve gotten my order wrong probably 4 times total, two of the times I’ve reminded the drive through employee about the previous mistakes and they still somehow get it wrong. Also, they timely “service” is terrible. How can you take forever while getting the order wrong at the same time?
We’ve waiting at least 20 minutes at the drive through parking in more than one occasion, defeats the whole “fast food” purpose
